İ want to ask which person should i cover if there are 2 players free? Should i stand in the middle of them or stay with one of them
Can you make a video about drills for defenders or defensive mids you can do without any equipment? İ only have a ball and nothing else. And i have a pitch roughly half the size of a professional field
Hey coach, as a tall player (183) im now forced to play defensive roles like CDM, CB and even Goalkeeper. Back when i was younger, i was a midfielder role cause i was bigger than other kids but i had a lower center of gravity allowing me to dribble past players easily. How can i play a more upfield position again if i struggle in dribbling with a higher center of gravity now? Cause i also didnt play football throughout quarantine and mostly became a couch potato. Now my physique is a lot better than before during quarantine, but ive lost the physical qualities that i had as a younger player. I still can do most of my skills i mastered when i was very young, but only in a standing position/slow paced game and training. What should i do to over come this problem? Maybe some drills you can recommend? Or maybe even make a video about something to do with getting better physical attributes like speed acceleration agility and balance. Thank you and great questions! Go to my train like a pro playlist and follow through those sessions. Do them few times in a week! You need get into a training routine where this will bring you back to your old physical strength and then you can build up all the other attributes like dribbling and first touch!

@@footballfundamental Hey coach, ive followed your method for around a month now and my performances have definitely increased. I have more opportunities playing forward now even tho i still play as CDM. But my coach has allowed me to play further up to support the team when attacking. Hopefully i can start playing CM again like i used too Thank you soo muchh ❤

If its 2v1 always stay central right in between to block their path to your net!
