Christian Leattner was a great player in NBA.
Laettner was a good player with great expectations. In no way was he a bust as they once thought of him
He would be a killer in todays nba. His game was ahead of its time.
seems strange now, but he was told to not shoot 3s, and to go inside as a developing player. His career high for 3pt Attempts in the NBA Season is 1 per game avg. Today that would be 5 or 6. He's not some superstar player, but he was a starter and could contribute. The euro coaches were years ahead of NBA and HighSchool coaching leading into his career, and Laettner was a US taught big man.
@@jasonkassa2204 Lol Laettner was a superstar play who made the All-Star game and then got hurt. Also little kid every player in the current NBA doesn't shoot 5 pointers per game. The no talent ones do.
@@googlemyself4091 I'm curious as to what injury he suffered. Because I've seen him play in every now and then between 1999 to 2005, and he just lack aggression and was very hesitant to shoot the ball compared to his first 5 years in the NBA. The same goes with Gugliotta.
The reason I became a ‘Wolves fan!!! 💙💚
The great underrated ..he got no love ..
The wolves management of the time were terrible ..they had laettner and longley and let both of them go ....
And they've continued to be just terrible up until very recently with their management levels
Christian Laettner had to be moved on though. Kevin Garnett was seen as the future, and Laettner wasn't happy about this. Garnett and Laettner were feuding before he was traded.
@@davcar3568 I don't ever recall hearing this... Ever!!!!
@@RJLKMRD Yeah well it was reported, so my advice is Google it.
I always liked his game
The OG white big man with the inside/outside game
What difference does his skin tone make moron?
