Just any seafood market. It might be more expensive than a bait shop, but I find fresh squid to be more successful than squid found at bait shops that are not for human consumption.
@@decaview99 My first couple cast usually soak for 5 minutes. Then I can determine if they’re actively eating or not. Slower days I’ll let them soak for 10 - 15 minutes.
@AnglerPOV I just asked a warden and was told that inside the channel is 2 rods with the 2 rod validation. Anywhere on the beach is as many as you can control
@@joseduran7368 interesting. I guess there’s a lot of gray areas. I’ve been out there multiple times and never been questioned about how many lines I’ve had in the water for crab snaring.

What tide did u go at?
This was about 2 hours before high tide.
Is more than 2 rods allowed?
