We call it kadabu (ಕಡಬು) in kannada. With coconut chatni (ಚಟ್ನಿ) super for breakfast. Tomato Rasam nice for rice.

Your recipes are good. But, one suggestion. When you are making north states specific dishes, you clearly mention that this is a bihari dish, Bengali didh, jharkhand dish, gujarati dish etc. When it comes to Karnataka special or Tamil Nadu special or Andhra special you just mention that this is a south special. Pundi is a Karnataka special dish specialty of Mangalore and western ghats in Karnataka. You just mentioned that it's a south dish. This is a repeated statement for any South specific dishes in your videos. Please give proper credits to such authentic dishes of these regions.
