I am embarrassed for her when I see her trying to huff and puff her way through a 6 minute workout video ... then when she tries to get back up it is like a giant gelatinous blob writhing on the floor. I am actually not trying to be mean but seriously it has been 10 years and she seems to be in worse shape than when she began filming. All the dancing, personal training videos, weight lifting and exercising haven't seemed to work. You can't workout then go and eat 6 thousand calories and expect to lose weight. Okay I'm done ranting lol.
