The focus is on implementing additional emergency measures and revising existing ones. South Africa will initiate proceedings on the first day, highlighting Israeli activities in Rafah, where it's estimated that over 1.4 million individuals seek refuge. Filed on May 10th, this request urges Israel to cease military operations in the region.
