    People, please don't make a scapegoat of the present Government; the problem lies elsewhere. Hyderabad is facing the issue of unprecedented real estate development, leading to a market crash. Who needs so much real estate while the global economy is shrinking? Greedy real estate developers built too many projects, and investors mindlessly poured money into them. It's a self-created problem. Everyone knows that an oversupply will crash the market, but no one wants to own up to it. Instead, they conveniently blame the Government of Telangana and, if possible, the Government of India. This is fundamentally a problem caused by too much greed.

    2 important factors are land rates and material rates and labour is making the project cost every year rising 10% hence putting the builders to good use with Jda and going for tdr with less uds with low parking and providing false ceiling and furnished etc by builders is earning the profit.

    Why real estate should get increased when there is a development or infrastructure or projects?? Developed countries have got tremendous infrastructure and huge projects at 30-40 years back itself.. But there was no huge change in real state market.. Here we talk about land prices when there a project announces, any road announces, metro announces..Development is a normal process as years progress..Stop this crazy artificial market which affects on property prices..

    Revanth Reddy garu is helping kamma community as first priority. Lands in Mamidipally and Maheshwaram are owned by Kamma community people. Their money is stuck from last 25 years. With help of our CM, they will make it appreciate faster and exit at appropriate time , may be in next 3 to 5 years. Also Revanth reddy will help Amaravati to grow and he will make his quick buck in Amaravati similar to what KTR made in west Hyderabad. Understand real estate is now in big powerful mafia people. You can still play the game , but need to very very smart and as a full time broker.

Cancellation of Pharma City created a fear in investors to put an hold on their investments. What if again govt change & cancel present govt projects ? More 7 days left to see what will market value increase will impact on the business? Will unauthorized layouts bann will lift to increase the sales or just simply increase market value is the matter of concern.

    Just infrastructure alone won’t help real estate as Nihin gadkari is laying roads all over India. Just announcing projects by govt without substantial presence of companies also not going to help. My suggestion is buy properties in upcoming colonies . So your investment will double in next 5 years. 5x and 10 x. Returns won’t happen in Hyderabad till next 100 years. If you need that type of returns , look for upcoming cities all over india

    TS Budget allotted funds for Hyd roads, infra and 2nd phase expansion of metro Upto Kokapet ( metro depot too). This will add to 100s of developments and IT parks in neopolis and Kokapet , the future of Hyderabad ✌️

    Well, prices within Hyderabad ORR should drop. Else people would rather move their investments to Amaravati ORR instead of Hyderabad RRR.
    RRR will not become a commutable region in decades, maybe not even in hundreds of years.

    Builders and even owners also looking for money and they will not check the market price they wanted my increase the price. CM sir don’t encourage realesate in Hyderabad middle class people can’t be able to purchase independent house even apartment also. Builders are became syndicated and increased the price daily by day. Quality also not maintained. They get product 15-25L each property. Is this real business. They will not pay taxes to the govt.

    I am from kerala. My father had purchased a plot in1983 in Sangareddy Taluk in Medak district of undivided Andhra Pradesh. We are planning to sell off the property now.But since we are not able to locate the property and the officials are not offering help , I request a real estate agent to help us to sell the plot.     There is inter-link between software and real estate. The fact is that whether you accept or not ktr equally taken care and made his effort for developement of software as well as real-estate. This congress government is just time-passing blaming previous government. Present I.T MINISTER is seen no where in any official meetings related to software development. Since my childhood except in ysr period the congress has done nothing to telugu states. Present congress rule is more than worst situation. Telangana became stand-still position right now.

    The Congress government, under Revanth Reddy, would not have altered the Metro extension plan from Mind Space to the Airport. The major, prominent, and affluent areas like Financial District, Kokapet, and Tellapur, where 90% of IT and ITES and corporate offices are located, remain unaddressed. This area needed the metro. Instead, they announced the cancellation of the Metro in the Financial District and started a new metro route from Charminar to the Airport.
    At the same time , previous KCR government hyped the real estate prices. Even the above middle class person can’t afford a 3BHK in Hyderabad .

    Revanth reddy didn't even Cancelled GO 111 repeal, instead he put on HOLD. why? just think. why is he holding GO111 repeal. Because they want to use those lands auctioning in the later part of their term and get funds.

    Real estate is the centre of all corruption and without controlling / cleaning real estate industry, India cannot progress and common man of India cannot progress with speculation in Real Estate industry.

    Personally I wish real estate does decline for a few years. Irresponsibly built concrete structures cannot be called development. We have to strike a balance with nature.
