To be fair, Finland was the first country wich I used to succesfully pass 1939. It was so long ago, that there was no challenge even existing. A true nostalgia moment here.

When they make WC5 I hope the map is larger so most countries can be at their full size and small countries like Belgium, Denmark and Netherlands would have their colonies and not die instantly.

Here's a challenge for ya
This is what I call "Defensive mode"
The rules are
1. All Units are supposed to be at the countries border
2. You cannot take a another city
3. You cannot move your Ship units
You must withstand the spams until you reach turn 60
To make it harder you play in WoQ4

For nox, I think it's just when you go into the hq straight from the main menu. I still use nox, but having no sound sometimes is very annoying

When I play Finland,I usually defeat Norway first.I don't know whether it is a good choice

I feel like in this challenge mode they left the factions unbalanced. Norway is just waaay easier to beat 1939 than finland. Japan always get overrun by USA regardless what faction you are playing and with finland it wasnt different, the germans didn't help invading UK and the rest of the allies weren't just useless, they also got in my way. Ended up dropping the conquest because it was just not worth my time. Meanwhile with Norway it was easy. Allies helped and stuff
