Sir, can you please explain…, u have told that the only lung pathology that symptoms releives on lying on pathology side is pleural effusion and again u have also mentioned that this patient is having left sided pleuritic pain and symptoms relieving on lying on right side typical of left pleural effusion , I didn’t get it sir

Exactly I have also the same doubt.
Same doubt
He is talking about breathlessness as a symptom.. If pain as a symptom then it relieves on same side of pathology.. We consider breathlessness as major symptom so we talk respect to that.. While pain is secondary symptom as per disease
