I am just getting back into the game- Artifacts, Allies, Augmentations, this is all.... Just wow. So many systems. Lair mods have expanded it seems like, and no more equipment mods. I just used to play ice tank, shield, roll, and block. And well, this really seems like a super different game 😂
All this to say, could you possibly make a new player guide video?

Im happy the allies seem to be more of an enhancement than a necessity. Way too many artifacts in game for us to be creating a new whale system. But it'll definitely get there one day with allies that reduce cooldowns, reduce supercharge cost, or buffs artifacts

They could make all allies upgradable, for example, all allies could start at rare rarity and as you level up them they would upgrade to higher rarities
I’m so pumped about the Batman Who Laughs coming to the Allies.
We really need more bad guy Allies. I hate having my villain jump a dude at an ATM then have Cyborg come help him out.

Aslong as allies aren't meta changing I'm fine with it. When they start to become meta shifting that's when it will become a issue. It's already hard keeping up with arts and adding another meta will just turn away new/returning players.

Not all builds are set in stone. As electric healer we already have a mechanic like PoD with biocapacitor. Powers like nature and water benefit from PoD more from this while i feel trans/strat/EoG or PhR is better for electric. These allies are similar. They will be determined by the power/role you play.
I will also say the price tag of $25 a pop is insane considering what it takes to max them out and how much it costs to pay for it. Daybreak went broke because of trying to push pay to win this new company needs to learn from their mistake not get greedy and repeat it.
I don't care how cool an ally looks i am not paying 22 bucks to buy it i have my cyborg for damage and zoom and flash for the quicker movement
They need to update it so we can actually set allies per Armory. It's a pain jumping between them and changing allies.

This would awesome.
It’s a bit annoying but you technically can set them to armories. When you log in, switch to whatever armory you want and equip the Allie’s how you want em, and then imprint the armory. Do this for each armory and boom, you’ll notice that when you switch armories your Allie’s will change too. Only problem is that this only lasts as long as you’re logged in. If you quit the game or switch characters, when you get back on that character you’ll have to imprint the Allie’s again lol. It’s a bit annoying but if you know you’re going to be on for a few hours or gunna be doing a lot of switching through armories then it’s worth doing.
@@mgs1398 yeah that's pointless. Spending a few minutes every time you get on to set them up then as soon as you get off and back on its not set again. They definitely need to change that.
@@Shadow497 yeah I made a forum post about it, didn’t really get any traction tho. Like I said it’s really only useful if you know you’re gunna be playing for at least a few hours.
What is that back piece that looks like lightning called?
in my ammunition dps I have aquaman as an attacker but I don't like it. I checked that it doesn't hurt the bosses. As support I have oraclebot and calculabot. I'm thinking of buying the flashpoint batman as an attacker and removing Aquaman and also swapping one of the props for the laughing batman. What do you think?
For attack i suggest cyborg & batman who laughs
For my Hardlight character (my main) I have Flash as damage because of the aoe, I have cyborg as passive and House of Legends bot for Passive. I have then both as passive because Hardlight is a power hungry power. I have other allies for other characters but thats an example of why I have them so I agree with you Obsidian on use allies on what you need not want.
Ey, I'm HL main too. Got Zoom instead of flash, but you're spot on with cyborg passive. Drastically improved my power situation on boss fights. Currently I got queen diane as 3rd.. I regret it but I'm too deep in to turn back.
@@karenamyx2205 i would get zoom but I have zoom with my rage and wanted to feel different 😅 heheh. I know its stupid but yeah thanks. I also sub out House of Legends for oracle in boss fights for the gear repair.

Ey, since I left my comment i buckled down on HoL bot and Calc bot, they are so easy to max, it only took me a single day. I like calc bots pocket heal, and HoL bot does great st damage!
Ima do Oracle next for utility. The rare tier ones are so easy to do.
I've yet to try HoL AND Cy.. but that'd be a lot of power tho.

I have Gadgets dps Batman and Lightning dps flash? What allies support and damage should I use for both?
it might not be much damage but Zoom, to me, is very helpful against ads,I wish they wouldnt have nerfed it.
Wth did zoom do before? I’m just getting back into the game & learning about allies
@@pastoryoda2789 zoom spends real fast in a circle, which to me was good for ads,but his passive all it does is make your character run or fly faster

Is there a free to play way to unlock legendary characters yet?
There is not, and even when it comes I imagine the price will be quite high in source marks which would be just as difficult to get

Well now u can get nubia for free more or less once u openend 25 of the new time capsules u automatically get her I mean playing 4 free that will take ages but u can get her
@@Joker-ik1sp I got Nubia but I still had to spend some money to open enough capsules. It felt worth it though because I got a lot of awesome stuff from the capsules plus Nubia.

there are no "best healer/controller allies" they haven't been designed yet so all you can do is run Superman/Krypto for dps and Batman Who Laughs for the Stats and Emperor Aquaman for the cooldown reduction. Or for controller you can take Death Metal Batman just for the debuff power

If you have 2 active support Allies do their passive abilities activate at the same time or, do they alternate? (meaning can only one be active at a time)
you can have both support allies activate at once. Some will have different things that trigger them but both can overlap continually

Gadgets aoe no matter the range I take cyborg as active nubia and oracle as passive and on bosses I take Flashpoint batman active nubia and cyborg passive

Honestly just get the house of legends bot itz super cheap like 10 marks or something like that and you can easily max it out in a few weeks with daily logins while itz simultaneously the current strongest single target ally
@@Joker-ik1sp I already have equiped a support ally. I have two, the offensive and the support one. But I can only use the offensive one, if I take away t he offensive one and have only the support ally it literally doesn't appear on my gear.

Batman saiz itz doing extra dmg on bosses is Dat true and might at least against bosses do more dmg than oracle?
batman and house of legends bot deal more damage on bosses with their ST beam and batman's pistols. Bot will deal much more damage than oracle

Yeah but you get 3 allies, and cyborg is great in attack or support. If another comes, just swap him. How could it possibly go wrong?
It will happen eventually.
It’s literally completely free to level an ally, just kill stuff and get xp and wait till daily rewards give you the catalyst to rank an ally up

Yeah, honestly I decided last night I wanted HoL bot and calculator bot, and I had a bit of xp I'd been banking the last few weeks, but through just playing random on duty stuff for a few hours, I had enough source marks to buy them both and get the catalyst to MAX both of them.
So easy.
You need to explain what new content people ask for . I want new instance ( raids ) to run with my friends i dont need stinky scam like artifact and allys and whats even worst same content from past served on silver tray like it was something cool .
