What do you think about using skate to post when the puck is not THAT dangerous and seal into toebridge when the puck is more dangerous? Because it will be easier to move when having the skate to the post…
How do you know when to use RVH or not. I'm doing your goalie fundamentals and it's talking about entering and exiting the post, but that's standing up. How do I know when to use RVH or not?

what if i have olderpads? mine are leather straps with a heel strap still. should i still use this knot?
