Why has BBW never offered body butters (non-shimmer please!) in more of the popular gourmand scents like Strawberry Pound Cake, Pumpkin Pecan Waffles, Christmas Cookies, etc? Imagine how well they would sell.
We need more body butters that don’t have shimmer in them. I’m 45 not 11 and don’t want to look like a disco 🪩 ball
I would buy more if they didn"t have shimmer. The aromatherapy ones don't have shimmer thankfully.
I don’t like the shimmer either! I’ve bought a few by mistake and instead of exchanging just kept them but I rarely use them. I don’t know why they put the shimmer in so many. I also feel the same way about the glowing scrubs ughhhh
Wouldn't it be easier to not add the glitter? Save the company a few bucks and skip the glitter. It's not even fine shimmer, it's the cheap looking chunky kind. Ugh. I do love Into the Night and Dream Bright though so I caved and bought them in Glowtion, but I'd 100% prefer them in regular body butter.
I totally agree. I was so happy to see that champagne toast finally came in a non shimmer body butter and I think a lot of people because I can see it's in thousands of carts online. Now hopefully one day a thousand wishes will follow.
lol I’m 27 and I love the shimmer. Especially during summer put it on my chest and arms and put the Diamond shimmer mist on my hair I love glitter and looking like a “disco ball” 😂

I discovered that my husband was filling up his hand soap pump with our kids body gel. Luckily for him he used the cucumber melon. I'm still a little mad because he threw away my pump too. 😅
I used one of my body creams today to polish my dresser. It worked great!

I stocked up on all things Wild Sand. I feel like this is such a sleeper because the scent is so awesome. Also picked up Luminous glowtion, Pink Suede, Ballet Nights, Meet Me in Miami, VBN, some Aromatherapy for gifts, and Flannel & Noir shower gels for my sons. Great deals!
The Merry cookies candle smelled so delicious, like I was baking cookies all day long, I only bought 1 , I wish I had known it would smell so good, it’s a learning process since I just started buying the candles.

I'm glad they didn't do that 4 the vanilla 1's. The scent vanilla is a staple & most ppl just want to enjoy a good vanilla fragrance & you don't need shimmer to do that.

Great suggestions and recap. I did pretty well I tried really hard not to go overboard. I just stuck to scrubs and body butters for the most part. This is the first year I’ve ever bought in the stars and it’s actually I’m surprised I like it because it’s not in my wheelhouse lol. I was able to find three scrubs, and in the stars which I was really excited for, and I found strawberry snowflakes as well. That’s funny I also like pink suede this year. I did not like it at all last year and didn’t pick it up but this year I enjoyed it.

I want the stuff I regularly wear with perfumes. Sweat pea, Thousand Wishes, Warm Van Sugar. I find that the Sweat pea pairs with most of my perfumes. I just discovered Dark Kiss and love the fragrance. I agree with you, the purple bottle is just so beautiful. My daughter also likes Dark Kiss and Japanese Cherry Blossom.

I was kind of bummed this year with the new scents. Last year we had the fun packaging and great scents like wrapped in vanilla and blush cardigan. Prismatic stars packaging was pretty 🤩 I just couldn’t find anything I really loved this year. Anyone else have this problem? Lol
Totally agree. I have a Blush Cardigan mist and 1/2 bottle of lotion. That scent is awesome. I hope BBW brings it back in the spring. I also liked Wrapped in Vanilla, but that didn't come back either. I'll stick to my oldies but goodies because the new scents are duds to me.
Blushed Cardigan is sooo good! Wrapped in Vanilla is lovely, too & great for layering.

The Meet me in miami scent notes are different online to what they have on the bottle. Has it ever happened before?
I'm hoping semi-annual has some new fruity scent releases. You'd think one of those sets of three scents in the blog will be out for semi-annual because the stores will be raided after body care day and by Christmas. I'm hoping to get B&BW cash for Christmas and then that maybe Sun-Washed Citrus or Prismatic Stars will be at the sale. I've never smelled either one, but I looked up the fragrance notes and they sound fruity.

Bonnie, u held up cozy vanilla bourbon and cozy vanilla blossom at the same time. Are they both good or is one better than the other?
I personally think they are both good, but I prefer the Vanilla Bourbon. It has more depth. Oddly, the lotion is better than the spray.
They're both good. I honestly can't choose which I love more.

Thank you for covering so much Bonnie! I'm excited for tomorrow. And I agree with Fairytale being kind of made an afterthought. It's just not a very Christmas or winter scent and I'm not sure why they tried to make it one. I actually did get it during one of the sales to use in the spring, I find it to be one of the more "magical" scents. I enjoy it, but feel the timing is off.

Thanks for this long video! I'm not a fan of in the stars either! My nose only gets that patchoili note that's in Into the Night, etc. But too concentrated and without any of the other notes those other fragrances have to make them interesting.

Have you tried At the Beach? They have it year round and it’s one of my Top 3 scents of all time.
Some people have said Meet me in Miami has a suntan vibe about it but i will be smelling it for the first time tomorrow. I own At The Beach and it’s lovely so you might like that one.
At the Beach is so good. One of my favourites and smells like summer.
