- I am a bit loud and I’m trying to work on it I’m terribly sorry, I realised whilst editing that I was the loudest whilst getting excited which I turned out to get quite a few times throughout- sorry
You seem like a very unique guy, in a good way. Love to see somebody else still or again listening to Vinyls. I started a few years ago. There is something almost therapeutic after a stressful day and in this modern, digital always on world to just relax, put on a vinyl, slowly sink that needle until the static noise starts and the music plays. Got myself a comfy chair, some old school high quality speakers to just sit down in the triangle and experience the music. Everything is so fast and no commitment these days, I almost need this as a counterpoint in my life sometimes.
Feel you! Stay the same no matter how life these days is fixed on the rails of a disappointing and way too fast roller-coaster
Well thank you, I very much agree with you- it’s one thing to listen to music through Spotify but sometimes I feel I really need to disconnect and that’s when records really come in hand in my day-to-day life. I mean I listen to music most of my day but all of those sessions can’t be replaced with vinyl because of course I’m on the bus or the tram or on my computer but when I do sit down and play a record- oh my what a different experience.
My father, who also loves his vinyls, saw that I used to Listen to his so often that he gifted me my own, very cool, record Player from the 50s! I am still so overjoyed, now I just need to buy my own vinyls+
And since it's quite old, the Sound isn't the more modern, refined Sound but this a bit crinkly old Sound and it's so relaxing, I love it.
I could listen to him talk for hours.
Manolo, my friend, I can't stop talking about how beautiful and soothing the timbre of your voice is, like the voice itself, from the first seconds I feel big goosebumps and I immediately feel sleepy!
I am so pleased that you share your musical taste with other viewers, motivating and positively influencing those who are embarrassed to tell society that they listen to the music of that century without fear of being ridiculed, have you ever thought about it? You're a great fellow!

Aw well thank you very much, and about that, I guess I have thought about it- possibly being ridiculed over the music we listen to but from my experience I actually think it is the other way around. Of course this could be completely different in your situation but in my experience- in my circles, I'd say there's more pride that ridicule in listening to this type of music because it's aready established. It's already been proven to be good music so I'd say it's a big character trait to listen to stuff like that. Anyway, I can very much see how that can change from person to person and if I hadn't already experience a similar situation I probably would've guessed for a result similar to what you suggested but in the end I think we just have to stand up for what we enjoy anyways I am just ramling now, thank you very much for your support Alexander!

With regard to what you wrote, I completely agree with you, yes, as a child I had problems with people who learned that I could listen to the music of the 80s, and in general, be interested in something from the 20th century, they did not understand why I was doing it, why I was I can't listen to modern music like everyone else, be interested in contemporary art, because of this for some time I had complexes about what I listen to, for example pop music or rock music of the 80s, but over time, when I grew up, I realized that those people who humiliated me for my choice - these are real monsters without a sense of empathy and any understanding of what people can do, who can do what they like, and not do what monsters like, and because an adequate person will not condemn, and even more so, will not turn to personalities just because he doesn't share my views, my tastes, my choices.
Today I am even a little proud of myself that I have such a taste in music, I like it, makes me live, rejoice, in general makes me feel and feel at ease, so to speak. But I never condemn someone whose views and tastes differ from mine, because it's all complete nonsense.
Speaking within the framework of music, it's wonderful that it is so diverse and interesting, everyone will find something that resonates with him in his heart and soul, and this is very, very cool!

I was actually looking forward to seeing something more personal. To be honest I'm not into ASMR roleplays but your channel was intriguing and therefore I subscribed, even if these kind of more personal videos take months or years to happen, I'm here for it.
Also, I can't talk for everyone obviously but, the "louder" voice you mentioned on the description box can be quite tingly for many (me included).
I can very much understand that, for the longest time I stayed away from watching roleplay stuff because I always feel awkward watching them but I don't know, eventually I caved in I guess- but thank you, I am happy you can enjoy the rest!

Well you know I am terribly sorry for taking so long to reply Sam, I've got a ton of old comments that I haven't had the time to reply to yet simply because I was saving them for when I had the time and it turned out I didn't. Anyway, eventually- eventually I'll have to make some Twin Peaks styled asmr I just don't know how I'd do it quite yet- although I am getting ideas just as I'm writing this. It's actually a really great idea that I hadn't thought of. Also, anything Clint Eastwood and I'm in I just don't know how I'd do anything like that at the moment but I mean eventually I'll have to right?

That's a great question, I guess it changes very often but currently I think it is either Loving Arms or It's Easy For You. They're bot quite deep tracks- maybe not so popular but I really enjoy them!

It's great that your father also collects records and stuff, my dad doesn't really but my grandfather also has a big interest in collecting music related stuff, probably where my interest came from. It's my first time stumbling upon someone who has the same interests. Main being ASMR and older stuff from the 50's - 70s. I binge watched your other stuff and also noticed you bought some nice lighters. It's nice to know I'm not alone. I especially love lighters from the 1930's and older.

Hello! This was a great video. It is nice to get to know people. Thank you for sharing with us your music. It was very relaxing as well. Also that is a very interesting hobby to collect vinyl. I find it fascinating to see different people's hobbies and passions. I hope you make more of these personal videos. I do like the doctor roleplays because they are relaxing, but I like when people talk about their life. I think I understood what you were asking about the three songs that we are currently listening to. The one song is Freedom by Joohoney, I'm also into theme songs where I listening to Excite by Daichi Miura from the series Kamen Rider Ex-Aid (I'm into Super Sentai and Kamen Rider). Also the last song is from my favorite movie of all time. The song is I've Had The Time of my Life by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes, from the movie Dirty Dancing. Also what are your top three albums that you listen to a lot?
I am terribly sorry for replying so late- I usually reply to the short ones as they come in but I want to take my time with the longer ones- seeing as you've taken the time to write to me (I really enjoy the long comments). Anyway, firstly, thank you very much. As soon as I am done with this I'll have to look up those songs, I'm not familiar with any of them I don't think- well I of course know of Dirty Dancing but I haven't had the time to watch it yet, needless to say I haven't heard "I've Had The Time of my Life" yet either.
When it comes to my top three albums at the moment I'd have to say, hmm. Moody Blue - Elvis P. (1977), Moody Blue is also a song which is in that album but I was talking about the album called Moody Blue, but the song is also one of his better in my opinion. I am also listening to Good Times - Elvis P. (1974) quite a lot, also an album. A third album would be hard to choose but I can name a song- I haven't listened to it that much recently but I think it's great, the lyrics and stuff, and that is From Graceland To The Promised Land - Merle Haggard (after 1977 at least), it's a tribute to Elvis released shortly after his passing, another great song actually is Carl Perkins tribute to Elvis which can be found on UA-cam, sadly not on Spotify or such. Anyways, thank you very much I really appreciate the long comment haha, they are a lot of fun!

I have a antique shop near me that sells a bunch of old vinyls for very cheap. I got the Elvis golden records, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, beegees, a Christmas collection, and a 10 record folder of a bunch of golden records from the 40s/50s. All this for a total of $30

What is your vinyl player and what is your setup? I’m trying to get into collecting vinyls and stuff, but I don’t know which record player I should get and speakers and stuff
Hi, I guess different people will say different things. I own Sony’s record player which I bought specifically because it offers Bluetooth. Now Bluetooth isnt something that I guess true collectors are interested in because they really want the more “wired?” feel or I guess “analog” but to me it was a big convenience because now I can wear Bluetooth headphones around the house and listen to records. And with the Sony record player you don’t really need more than the record player itself other than something to play the music from, a Bluetooth speaker or headphones- something people tend to have at home.

I have a question! What made you like old songs? I'm also very into old songs, but I wonder what made me preferred old songs. I think it's because of my parents, neighbours, and my older relatives. My dad love to sing Tom Jones' songs, and my mom loves to listen from 70's to 80's songs in the radio. So I always hear old songs growing up. I'm a big fan of Frank Sinatra!
