Thank you for this helpful video. I have followed all the steps shown and had all the original packing material that came with the printer a week ago. Hopefully UPS will not tip the box during shipment back to Amazon. I'm adding a note to the outside of the box so they will hopefully keep it flat and not stand it up. The writing on the box makes it look like it should be standing up tall but now it needs to stay flat so the ink doesn't spill.
