I don't know how I stumbled onto this... I was a big fan of Tori's for years, but I haven't kept up. Bout three years ago, I fell for someone. It was the first time I had really been in love, and Lana del Rey was pretty much the soundtrack to it all. All of a sudden I got dumped, no warning, all ties severed. The night it happened, I was playing piano because I didn't know what else to do, and I started playing Wicked Game, a song I hadn't even heard in years, let alone ever played. It just poured out. I still can't hear that song without crying. Hearing it come from Tori was really powerful for me, not to mention it being mashed with Lana. I don't know why I'm doing a UA-cam confessional. This just stirred me up something fierce. I love this woman.
