B-S is just platelet issue. vWD 9 out of 10 times gives a combo of a platelet issue (i.e., epistaxis, petechiae; generally mild cutaneous findings) + a clotting factor issue (i.e., menorrhagia, excessive bleeding after tooth extraction). There's one Q on vWD where they only mentioned nosebleeds IIRC, but they either said the PTT was up also and/or the dad had issues as well (vWD is AD).
