Oh my I can just taste it now.
Made this tonight and it was outstanding.
I loved watching him make delicious food on his grill on WHYY. Those were the days and he's still my favorite grill cook. ❤️
I have made this recipe a few times since I first saw this episode. This is by far, the best shrimp dishes I’ve ever had and my family will agree. Do yourself a favor and give this a try, you will not regret it.
how long did you smoke the shrimp?
Victor De Leon Jr 30 to 40 minutes is the recommended cook time. It’s all going to depend on the size of your shrimp. I personally like mine to cook for 40 to 45 minutes, that’s when it seems to put on a very nice color
Thanks Daniel!!
Not only does that shrimp look outstanding, I wish I had even half of Stevens hair.
I am DEAD!!!
he does have GREAT hair
Love his shows.
Looks great. Nice marinade. Love to see some more electric smoking videos. Will try this recipe this weekend. As you stated so many ways to enjoy shrimp. Thanks!!
The shrimp looks delicious. I guess I need to put shrimp on my menu for smoking meat. Keep smoking!
I first saw one of your shows on Create TV. All your shows had me more inspired to come out or my cooking box.
I love shirmp and all seafood.
AWESOME
I just got my new smoker and it is just finishing up it's pre-seasoning. this is definitely going to be one of the first things I make. great video. What are the ingredient measurements for the chipotle sauce?
Yum!
Superb 👍
Doing this today!
Good recipe thank you.
He doubled dipped how dare he
Hahahaha, I showed this to my wife, and said, "I am so glad he is eating alone."
chipotle hellfire
Good video
I want to eat this now...right now.
This looks so good that right now seems too late.
Love his shows.
The way he eats the food at the end of each cooking demo makes me laugh cause he just GETS INTO IT!!
His vocabulary is simple yet eloquent
Awesome! Amazing!!
What a blank should taste like
Bingo (when food is at right temperature).
Love SR!!!
😋💦 my mouth is watering!!! I love it.
What (or where)are measurements for recipes?
U12’s. Isn’t there a thing as T6’s?? I might be wrong on this.
Did I miss something ? What temperature ?
@1:45, he sets it to 300f. kinda worried though, shrimp at 300 for 45mins and it isnt overcooked?
He is using U12 shrimp. Most supermarkets sell frozen shrimp no larger than 21/25. Cooking time obviously varies based on size of shrimp, variety, and whether they were previously frozen or fresh.
The sauce to shrimp ratio is off... but only by a little bit.
Steve's having a bad hair day here.
People either love or hate cilantro. I can't stand it... Would parsley work in its stead?
Corn Floats yes
Why wasn’t he ever on food network ?
So glad he didn't refrigerate the shrimp to make it like "shrimp cocktail". Why would anyone smoke shrimp then refrigerate?
He doesn't understand traditional shrimp cocktail? Snob.
