Because of your videos, today I did a 20 minutes of yoga (first time in at least 4 years) and Day 1 of the Pranayama Challenge! I am definitely excited for a breakfast video! What you were eating looks delicious!

It’s become natural for me to do all of these everyday now because I’ve gotten used to it but definitely don’t overwhelm yourself, try 1 or 2 at a time and add more as you get more comfortable. Usually doing all of these takes me an hour unless I opt for a longer class that morning, so it’s very doable if you budget enough time in your mornings!
