last summer i went to a blue jays game and we got a seat in the nosebleeds but it was in one of the closer rows. you can clearly see the field and the city and it was actually really nice, but boy was it scary walking. saw pujols homers and it was epic
The view of the CN tower during a night game is pretty awesome for sure. I wish they could renovate somehow to include windows somewhere to be able to see more of the city.
Just like you…I was scared of going upstairs not at an arena but a grocery store…I was at Dominion (grocery store) in Mount Pearl and I had to use the bathroom but the bathrooms were upstairs…so I took the stairs…I held on the rails but I still felt like I was going to fall back…when I got out of the bathroom I realized what I felt like so I took the elevator instead
I sat close to that exact spot in 2016 when Clayton Kershaw and the Dodgers were playing (last minute tickets). No view of the JumboTron and feeling like I was going to fall down the steep steps while carrying my hotdog and beer are my main memories of that game!
Should still be referred to as the Sky Dome!! Rode my bike to the ball stadium recently. Tried to purchase a seat. Attendant asked if I has a mobile device. I told him I just locked it up pointing toward my bike....the aggravation a senior has to go through to aquire cash entrance to a ball game is absolutely disgusting. If I may add, last year my middle son and grandson treated me to a game. I wanted to purchase a hat and some food for my family members but all I had was cash...really lame friends.
As much as those seats suck, at the same point they are kinda badass. I must admit hearing the crack of the ball on bat from there really impressed me.
I've been talking about this alot lately. Never mind that you're 200 feet high, but your also about 200 yards away from the field. Stadium architects need to look back at the old Comiskey stadium. That place held 44,000 people and, but it was small and cozy. The upper deck was low and directly above the lower deck. The only down side there was obstructed views from poles, but modern design can fix that. Nobody wants to sit way up there so far from the action.
When you’re above the lights….that’s too high! I had no idea there were obstruction view seats up there. I been in the 500 level a few times but just not that angle I guess.
The first and only time i went t the Skydome, I had the last row on the third base side. I can still remember the game, Roger Clemens was pitching for the Jays. They are absolutely terrible seats.
Guess some people need some direction from others how to function. It’s steep yes but has to be for all that seating. And views to be good enough. Aside from the view of that metal structure In Front of you it’s a fine seat. And going down the steps is a normal thing we do. Ho,d the rails use caution. Simple. Even with many around you.
Equally stupid: building seats there, paying for one. 🙄 Even if it just cost a loonie, you still have to pay for parking, and will probably treat yourself to a $12 weak beer or whatever.
One of the most ridiculous stadiums in the league.....tiny and steep seats with little leg space and a heavy dose of vertigo. When the dome is closed you get claustrophobic as well in the upper rows......They used to fill them in the glory days of the early 90's but not so much anymore.
Thats a great view..... of the city!

The seats were so steep up there. I was afraid of tripping down the aisle steps and falling over the balcony!
It’s dizzying up there
The New Orleans arena is like that too.

My fear of heights kicked in just watching this.
Good capture, because this was all renovated this off-season!

Quite the perspective......nicely shot
I love the “curious” camerawork.
I made sure to get everything

I remember early 2000s they had toonie Tuesday it was 2 bucks to sit up there

I agree. Comiskey Park’s design was so smart. We need another stadium like that
Tiger Stadium was very similar to Comiskey Park and was also much more intimate than most modern stadiums.
I remember watching a jays game yearssssss ago, and I got a pretty bad vertigo from being up so high lol
It was like that at the orange bowl also check out hiw the seating where the Seattle Seahawks play it literally looks like the seating is vertical
Would be tough to catch a ball from there, that's for sure
Sure would be
THOSE seats aren’t sold ONCE a YEAR!!!
Literally higher than the lighting fixtures. Lmao
best spot to light a J

I've been there many times...hold the railing !

That’s why they called it the SKY Dome
I am surprised you didn’t come across a mountain goat 🐐
sat this high at WrestleMania 6 and the worst seats were beside the jumostron only see second base and over
Those seats should go for $2.50
Just go down to the 100 level and watch the game from the concourse

That's Jose Canseco territory.
This is where everyone goes to smoke a J lmaooo
Atleast you could smoke there!

U may not see the game but hey, at least that's a good view
The view honestly wasn’t that bad
Some of these 500 level seats views were better in its football configuration
Behind the plate was great, too.
You are literally better off at home watching the game on TV then being in these partial obstructed view seats.
based
원형 돔구장
Your like. Only person up there
It was a Sunday night game when I went
Are those ants on the field?
Lol
seats havent been sold in years here
Just grab an empty seat in the lower 👇 rows...
Can’t see the game
they need elevator to go down from toppest one
Way too high up!
It’s quite dizzying climbing up and down those stairs
Great place to fuск.
I can’t deny it
Lol….this is for adults only….🤫
Just like what happened in the Coliseum

High up and obstructed seat. Both are factors to a bad stadium seat
