Zucchini yellow squash and onion together.use the bread crumbs .and fry .i also make potatoes and onions that way.dont need meat.

Zucchini, squash, onions,carrots can be added to make a hibachi. You can make chicken are steak hibachi very good.

It looks So good. I absolutely love veggies with my shrimp.
I fixed red potatoes cut into medium sized pieces, kielbasa sausage cut into circles, onions cut into pieces like your vegetables and put it into avast iron skillet and let it cook until the potatoes and sausage were done. Then I put some stir-fry veggies on top and covered to let the heat from the cooked food heat it up completely. Then I stirred it together with seasoning. Oops. I seasoned the other ingredients before I put it in the oven. 😎

No I Didn’t !!!! If It Would’ve Been Too Much Seasoning , You Would’ve Seen My Kids Say It Was Salty ! My Family Enjoyed It & Said It Was Good ! My Kids Don’t Sugar coat it . When they Taste Food They Will Let You Know if it’s good or if it’s too salty or spicy . When you cook , you season your food how you like to and I season my food how I like to !!! It may look like a lot but trust when it’s cooked and when you taste it it wasn’t salty. Anyone who has tasted my food can verify what I’m saying ! How would you know if you ain’t taste the food !! We like our food flavorful and seasoned just right , not unseasoned !!!!!
