In my opinion, I really like when jiheon dance part “du du du du du du du…” in talk&talk. When she relax her hand in that part I think it look more clean and natural than fix hand like other member. And when I try to dance that part like her, I found that is very hard. So I give up already.

i havent seen that many fromis dance rankings, but i think this is the first time ive seen jiheon at 9! i was a little surprised, but tbh i think maybe the overdancing and the facial expressions kinda makes up for it, so people look past it? very interesting, thanks for doing fromis!
maybe not "makes up for it", but i think i mightve been seeing lists by non-dancers, from what ive noticed, dancers will notice overdancers while nondancers dont really notice it unless its REALLY overdancing?
This is interesting as a non-dancer with an untrained eye. I would have chosen Seoyeon first. She was a top dancer since her YG trainee days, performing as a kid with TOP and G-Dragon, then with the Blackpink girls in the next 2ne1. Whenever they demonstrate choreo they usually pick Seoyeon, and Seoyeon made it to the end of the HYBE dance off because she knew all the choreo by heart. So I can’t disagree with your criticism of Seoyeon, but as an idol dancer I get the impression she is the fastest study in the group with the most choreos in her brain.

i got into fromis_9 before we go era and i love them but i saw that both hayoung and chaeyoung are the main dancers but i dont see them having opportunities to show off their skills like other groups? am i missing something?
At masked singer, hayoung has shown his dancing skills. In my opinion, Chaeyoung and Hayoung want to show their vocal skills more than their dancing skills. It can be seen on the flaylist (fromis_9 cover dance & song), only Saerom did the dance, while Hayoung and Chaeyoung chose the cover song :v
Hayoung and Jiwon are my bias in Fromis but i seriously didn't know HY is the main dancer tbh😅 Maybe fromis9 dance didn't do justice to her skills etc (I'm new in stanning fromis) I thought HY is like the second main vocal after JW or something like that Been stanning Izone but now they are gone i think fromis is somewhat similar to them. Love their goofiness 😅
I almost predicted your ranking although I put Chaeyoung as no. 1 and Seoyeon for my no. 3. Chaeyoung for over Hayoung (interchangeable) mostly because I always notice that Hayoung tend to almost have a blank expression whenever she dance like she's too focused on the choreography instead of freely flowing with the music which on the other hand, Chaeng does really well while still executing details and textures. But all in all they're all great.
By any chance did you watch Saeroms’s cover of “Lights on” and “I love you”? I’d love to hear your opinion, because they are breathtaking. I mostly agree with your ranking, although I was surprised to see Gyuri so low, I thought she was better than Jisun, but makes me happy to see Jisun in a higher ranking than I thought 😅
For me chaeyoung is a better dancer than hayoung, Hayoung doesn't have that great control of energy she sometimes dances too much, and sometimes dances freely, but chaeyoung has a good control so she's able to match the energy of other members, but i love them both!

Jiwon used to miss the beats so often and that’s why she was eliminated in sixteen, she’s doing so much better now
