- Our Case has been disposed off by Delhi High Court.
Dada Ram Jethmalani had filed a writ petition in Delhi High Court on 04/09/2015.
After 9 years we have got this judgement.

Yes Didi,
Will sign for sure.
But as I have been telling in so many Sindhi Forums we Sindhis have to be 0:33 in activist mode and should be more visible on streets demanding the same and giving Dharna in front of decision makers houses and offices.
While we are rightly engaged and organize social and cultural activities to remind ourselves of our Sindhiyat identity we also need to be more Vocal and demonstrative.
Whenever I attend a Sindhi function or a meet or a virtual meet Ihere is repetition of the efforts that we are making but without much result.
Not that efforts are not being made but same are at the elitist level among us Sindhis.
Common Sindhis are still not involved and without them Sindhiyat will not become a Movement.
We have enough funds to appoint few youngsters to act as Activists raisinh the noise level that is heard in a democracy.We should give few young Sindhis a career choice in form of FIGHTING FOR SINDHIYAT.
I at the age of 73 am ready for a hunger strike and whatever risks involved for the cause of Sindhiyat.
Let us make ourselves heard LOUD and CLEAR.

Your efforts are valuable, however considering the current tech era of OTT platforms, I don't feel GenZ would be much interested in it and it will remain restricted to the elders

See the concept behind this demand is that after partition we suffered too much and in an effort to survive we mainly focused on working hard so that we can earn money cause govt wasn't going to help us much and try to provide the best education we can to our kids so they don't have to go through what their parents did and as a result we have now become the richest community of India, despite our low population we contribute immensely to the GDP and income tax collections but this feat was achieved at a high price most of our generation Sindhis either can't speak Sindhi or they can't even understand it forget about writing it, I've recently met with some people of our community who are ashamed to even speak Sindhi. This is our mother tongue yrr how can we be ashamed of it, it's like being ashamed of our roots and of our ancestors.
@@hshivani7303Indeed, when you correlate a language with the status and education of a person the language starts declining and wide dispersion, not having your state acts as a cherry on the cake, Sindhi people themselves have linked speaking Sindhi as exotic and uncool, recently I switched myself completely into Sindhi and two of my relatives laughed on it.
