LMAO! I was sighting in my 6-24× zero stop. The diagram in the manual said 'DONT LOOSEN THIS SCREW' ... I stopped cuz it wasn't clear in the booklet which screw it was. Just today I was going to research the satan screw. You cleared that up. Thank You! Your video was an act of God against the satan screw... Lol... much thanks!
@@gabrielalcocer8051 I really like it. If there is any sort of down side is the reticle is quite fine. without the lit reticle good luck finding it in dark brush. I'm very impressed with the scope (if I'm brush hunting I would choose another reticle configuration). I have it on my AR-10 in 260 Rem. The very bottom on the elevation gives me 200yrd zero. To get a true 100yrd zero I will have to shim the front ring. Since I know the ballistics of the 260 I can live with the 200yrd zero. I also have a PA 5x prism scope and absolutely love it. tough as hell and the reticle works with my 6.5 Grendel. In short, the PA products have not disappointed. I have 5x PA prism scope and it is tough as hell!
I have the 2x10glx and 4x16glx and I just about spit my coffee out!! I read those damn directions about 5 times and said the exact same thing!! WTF is that supposed to mean!!😂🤣I eventually figured it out...Thanks man that made my day
Joe reads poorly translated instructions: "What the f**k is that spose to mean?" 😂😂😂 "I don't wanna unleash Satan on my ass, so..."😂😂😂 You ROCK, Joe!!!
Hi again from Steve in Suffolk England 🇬🇧 when you started chatting on your UA-cam video about this scope I thought it was a mechanical plus digital scope at first and got all excited 🤣😂😅😪 but now I see its a clever mechanical scope or hybrid of all scopes I would love to see it working in one of your videos my friend. Stay safe and your family 😊👍
Thanks for the great content mate. Just put a 2.5-10x GLx (griffin Mil) on my 6.5 Grendel I use for hunting up here in OR/ID and IMO its about the perfect optic with hands down the best reticle around.
Use elevated front rise of 20 or 30 moa I like my scopes set at zero bullet rise and flat out before drop ! That way the further out is just up and I can nail any objective out to bullet drop without making any adjustments accept minor. Then long range passed bullet drop is a full dial of Up on the scope maximum adjustment left. Of course if you can afford a scope that’s unlimited Elevation and windage that’s not necessary. So my .308 is around 240 yards at right around 165 to 168 grain It’s all up from there
I don't understand why they couldn't just install a push down turret lock. Love primary arms but this one of the dumbest zero locking mechanisms I've come across.
My confusion came when I looked at the 0 stop and it was all the way up not down. But I figured it out. Just got another GLX and the red sleeve is all the way up again. So that’s confusing AF!!!
You saved my ass. I'm new to better scopes, and after a frustrating day at the range, I was giving up on my scope. I could find nothing on how to fix a scope bottoming out at 100 yards. I watched your video, discovered what a zero stop is and now I am off to the range tomorrow to finally zero my scope.
Bro I wished I would've seen this before returning my 20moa mount. I was way high at 100yds so I thought it was my 20moa mount. Ordered a zero moa mount and same shit! Can't believe they come from the factory like this.
Good day to you Mr. Cyclops 8/2023 I recently purchased the P. A. Glx 2.5 10x44 rifle scope. I want to thank you for your very informative & excellent 👌 review especially on the vertical turret. All your reviews are great & you make me laugh. Thank you again & enjoy your Labor Day weekend.
Primary Arms has a problem.I attempted 3 different times to buy 2 different scopes. I waited awhile and decided to quit pissing around, hell there's too many manufacturers waiting to take my money. Bought 2 Ritons at way less than MSRP.,from Sport Optics. Extremely pleased with both.Bright, Crystal Clear, and very well built. Also the zero stops are built in,nice.Great service from the shipper, with the inventory to back it up.👍
That’s the down side of producing an affordable Tier One scope. Everyone wants one. Had to wait too, also purchased several other costlier LPO from reputable manufactures to test side by side. When the GLX 2.5x-10x w/ACSS reticle arrived, I returned the others.
Thanks for the demo, I have it on a MI QD 30 mm scope Mount. It won’t let me bring the reticle up to bring my POI down , I guess I will need to grab very tall scope rings instead 🤣
I never miss one of your videos, simply and succinctly explained so anyone can understand what you are telling us. Great and what I like to think honest reviews 👍
Joe, TY so much for this video, Great info. As it happens I’ve recently been watching your video on great scopes under $1500 - it really helps! Question..would this scope make the list??? Thank you again, Joe
Certainly good to hear someone else has trouble understanding instructions which come with much we buy today.

Thanks for the clarification on this zero stop. I hope you are all staying warm down there in Texas. 🔥
Can’t wait to see this full scope review
I agree. It was made out to be super complicated but is actually extremely simple.
Another fantastic slice of rifle scope logic, carry on Joe!
Love your videos I bought myself and Arken Optics SH4 gen2 Because of your video
Thanks for the video. Sometimes they make things harder than they are. Thanks for making it simple.

Thanks! Great video and huge help!

Joe the s ops ie high by 4" at 100 and I can't bring it down. I'm confused
Try turning it the other way , sometimes they move oddly
Thank you, Joe🙏🏻
It hits high out of the box 8" at 100y. It will adjust up but not down more than 4 clicks.
I'm going to send it back.

That was actually helpful. Thanks!

Loved your take on the manual And the pup at the end haha
I only have 9 mils of elivation up, how can i give myself more elevation?
You can remove the zero stop . Or use adjustable rings
Thank you!!
