    Davis, Elway, Eddie Mac, Rod Smith, Jason Frickin Elam, Shannon Sharpe. This was a good time to be a Broncos fan.

    The broncos were the first team to effectively employ a zone blocking scheme in the nfl. Had the pick of the litter every year, finding lighter, quicker olinemen. Td was the perfect 1cut rb to use in this system. On almost every highlight carry he isn’t being touched in the 1st 5 yards from scrimmage

    What's crazy about TD is that in 2001 when both of his knees were shredded up and he was a shell of himself, he still put up 700 yards in 8 games so he was still capable of being a 1300-1400 yard rusher when active.

    One of the best running offenses in NFL history. That unit blocked so good and Davis was a straight baller. Wish he played a little longer, he would of smashed records

    The vision, the power, the burst, the cuts, the speed and that spin.
    Salute to Terrell Davis, one of the greatest.

    He couldve been the greatest of all time if it wasnt for that injury. Complete prototypical rb. He was such a fuggin beast in his prime man.

    If he didn't get hurt he'd probably would have had the greatest career ever at running...
    He needs to be in the HOF

    It's weird the first SB Ive watched was Packers vs Patriots in '96 than had a football black out and resumed my fandome in '99 when the Rams won the championship, never missed an NFL season ever since, I missed the entire T.D era. And I can't get over it. That's why these highlights are great! imo.

      Ryan Mizell yep barry will always be number 1 to me even though im a broncos fan. But Td def top 5 all time in my eyes. Couldve been the goat if not for that knee. But i cant put him over walter or jim brown. But hes def up there man.

    My review of TD running style based on this video: power back, workhorse back, break away speed, hard to bring down, breaks leg tackles, finishes plays hard. The opposing teams defensive line can often be seen on the ground 1 second after the snap.

      boofogle They never won anything though. The talent was most definitely there but if you don’t have longevity you must win in order to be considered all time great. Having transcendent talent isn’t enough if you only have it for a short amount of time

    yes Terrell Davis is very good rb but i still dont think he should be in HOF if you think about it he only had 4 good seasons . he had three 1000+ yards and one 2000+ yards season. so if that the case if a rb have six 1000+ yards seasons they should be in HOF to .. it no different then what Terrell Davis did that how i look at it ..and yes i seen Terrell Davis play in late 90's i was in my late 20's

      Dude calm down, give the man his credit. He rushed for 2000 yards in one season and got two super bowl rings. Had it not been for his injuries He would have been dominant for years to come. He deserves his Hall of Fame.

  • @boofogle
    @boofogle 7 років тому +3

    terrell davis was a helluva an athelete but he does not deserve to be in the hall of fame. he had 4 good seasons 2 were great but thats not a hall of fame career. out of 8 seasons he only had over a thousand yards 4 times. smh too much favoritism because he works for the nfl network. he was a beast but injuries killed his career. but TO who is on the all time list in all major receiving stats dont get in smh the hof is a joke.

    • @alexmotts
      @alexmotts 3 роки тому +1

      @@mosescarter5980 because of his numbers in such a short amount of time. Record setting and recoed breaking. If he didnt get hurt. He wouldve easily been up there with the walter paytons and jim browns of the world. Imagine if derrick rose won 2 rings before he got all banged up. Hofer for sure right??? Well terrell basically did that.
