How is it that Elden Ring barely crosses 3.8 GB on Max 1080 at an average of 60 fps? I use an RTX 3050 card too (although it's only 4 GB) but my game can barely hit 60 on High 1080. I'm assuming it's the VRAM, but can anyone explain how the performance is significantly worse even at lower settings with 4 GB 3050s than 8 GB 3050s? I use a Ryzen 5 5600H as a CPU with 16 GB RAM on my laptop.

hey, let tell you my question, I have the same components though, when I play Valorant, Valorant cuts down the fps to 180s 190 fps. in some areas i gets down until 180 fps and the average is 185 fps to 230 fps, in other places it gets up to 380 to 390 as maximum. I'd say you're good of the top of my head. PC partpicker or other estimation programs are a good place to check. Keep In mind that the tdp estimates are overshooting to be safe, and the quality of the PSU plays a big part. I'm running i7 12700 w/ 3060 no problem so I'd say you're alright.

on performance mode with a few tweaks i get around 600-700 fps in fortnite low settings (looking at the sky) and about 380-450 when building

Fixed it! All it was was a faulty mod apparently.
