Part 2 will be out on Monday 13/1👀 Thank you all for the tips and tricks and most of all for taking the time to watch this video. Appreciate every single one of you💙
@@YatezzMann Take your time and don't rush it. It's chuck full of little details and off the beaten path stories. Hope you got the expansions, they are the cherry on top. PS. do not skip Gwent! Some say the Witcher is a side-game to Gwent.
@@YatezzMann also LOOT everything!!! 😂, From the enemys, chest, Villages, herbs. The armor and swords are damaged as you use them and fight with the enemies, you can repair them in the Blacksmith or sometimes the enemies drop "repair kits" you can use that in case of emergencies.
I will say, I played this game 2-3 times before I actually tried gwent and once I got the hang of it, I feel like I cheated myself out of the full experience before. I could spend HOURS at a time playing that game. It’s so good. It’s worth it to give it a go, even if you do it off camera.
@@YatezzMann The Wicher 3 is phenomenal, but it's definitely a long-running joke that instead Gwent is a phenomenal game that happens to have a great RPG attached to it. As you play through the Witcher, your Gwent deck grows, side stories emerge with Gwent involved, and you realize how solid of a mini-game it is. It takes some time, but it's built into the core game very well.
What a game this is, the voice acting in this is god tier, possibly the greatest in a game ever, it makes fromsoft voice acting look like a school play. You have to play this one, it starts good but it gets better and better, it's got a steep learning curve at the start with a LOT of information thrown at you at once so inevitably you'll forget mechanics, but as the game goes on you'll rediscover them and master the combat. the DLCs are amazing too, one of them is shadow of the erdtree big. Couple of tips I have is to use your witcher senses more, they will highlight items of interest, doors, quests, loot boxes etc... You can also bind the signs to buttons, can't remeber how but its worth looking up. To get health back. Meditate on normal difficulties, eat food or brew up some potions, don't sleep on the potions, they are vital or you'll have a hard time with difficult areas
Now this sounds interesting! Appreciate all the tips man. And yeah you know me, I press the wrong buttons on the regular so it might take me a bit lol😆👏🏼
Small advice: 1. Try gwent - it's a great card game - even if you don't like card games, trust me to try it. Many people - even those who don't like card games - fell in love with it. 2. To make gwent easier - Buy gwent cards from merchants. You missed a couple in the first inn. 3. Try out all of the signs (spells) that you have. Knowledge of what they do will help you with interacting with the world. example: aard sign can break some doors and walls ;) 4. Some potions are very helpful throughout the game. Each one can also be upgraded to be more efficient. During your gameplay make sure to brew "Swallow" potion and upgrade it as much as possible during the playthrough. 5. Do the sidequests and enjoy your experience. Don't rush it. - side quests are story driven same as the main quests. That should set you up for enjoyment and success. Also it's really good to make witcher armor. you will surely get quests for that in the future - But those are best sets of armors in the game that can be upgraded during your playthrough.
Have fun mate, this game is a rare gem. Also look out for a skill called Gourmet. It can really help you out early game if your new. And only requires 1 ability point.
I love Witcher 3. I remember spending a winter break completely engrossed in that game. One piece of advice, different monsters have different weaknesses. Consult your codex and journal if a monster gives you a lot of trouble. Edit: Also, I know I might be tempting to sell your first armor set once you get a better option and need money, but don’t. The Witcher sets can be upgraded later, so just keep them in your bag until the opportunity arises.
@@YatezzMann There are quite a few you will find in the form of Treasure Hunts. Each one leans towards different playstyles. I am using the Griffin set, because i use sign very heavily. You will get a Stash soon so you can store them inside.
@@YatezzMann they're not very obvious about it, but basically you can use the crossbow to bring flying enemies down to the ground so you can then use your sword haha. You were trying so hard though, well done

39:50 "anything important here?" Yes, get the cards (might want food for healing, but meh), get the cards and start building your deck, you just entered duelist kingdom from yugioh but it's traveling swordsman edition. It's called Gwent, there's even rare cards you can only get by beating other certain charachters in a game of Gwent.

Hey, enjoy your ride with this masterpiece and I know you will get a lot of comments like "do this, do that" - play as you wish, there is nothing wrong with not knowing something or doing mistakes, its far more entertaining if you enjoy doing what you do instead of pleasing everyone. We are here for you, not the other way.
Ah thank you so much for this, I really appreciate it! 👏🏼 Still very nice to get all these tips while also playing it as blind as possible. And considering my memory sucks i probably won’t get it all at once😆

You can also heal this girl at the herbalist, you have to go to her again to do it. Good luck and have fun playing. I'm leaving a subscription to see how you do.
Check everything with your senses. Biały Orchard, this is a tutorial, at the bottom left turn on "all", you will see question marks. Do everything in Biały Sad and you will find out what awaits you ;-). Side quests are often better than those in the story line and have consequences. If you come back after some time, you can see or hear what the consequences of your decisions were. I don't like playing cards, but Gwent is the world championship :-) Ps. The crossbow is intended for landing on the ground, but primarily for fighting underwater.
I’ll have to make sure i don’t sleep on the side quests too much then. So far I’ve been following the story for the most part. Thanks for these tips! It’s very much appreciated 🤝🏼😁

Don't waste your money on food. You can use the Aard sign on rabbits to collect raw meat. Oh, and loot, loot, loot everything. BTW, that was a bug you ran into with the Spectre beside the Place of Power.
Will definitely keep this in mind! Not a huge reader but i do make exceptions like for Harry Potter so maybe, this world/universe does seem to be something special so far👀👏🏼
