you encouraged me to jump from just having experience to getting my degree i'm in school as an assistant superintendent and all the underclassmen are so impressed haha
i’m sure you’re getting deeper into your career, congratulations for that really, but please don’t stop with the videos… you’re all we civil guys have lol
Can you talk about pre-construction process, like what goes on from bidding to award to actual start of construction? In my experience, getting the job to start is a headache since this pretty much judges how the project is going to go throughout the whole thing. For example, government projects really needs a good start to be smooth and productive.
I’m a PM for a consulting firm. 80% of my day to day is preparing design and bidding/awarding. The other 20% is municipal engineering. If you have specific questions shoot me a message, maybe we can share email.
Hi love your videos..Can you post something about what kinds of questions might get asked in an interview for construction engineer and Project manager..really appreciate it..thanks
Hey man love the channel, im currently getting my construction management license and wanted to know how the job searching/acquiring process is whether thats with experience or no experience, would really appreciate if you touch on the subject in a future video!
Hey Kienan! Love the vid and yes pickleball has taken the world by storm. You'll find it interesting it was invented on Bainbridge Island. The people's sport!
thanks for the input! I'll do a quick one here. The american express platinum card has a $695 annual fee. However it comes with credits on the card for things I already spend money on (which is a very important aspect): $200 airline credit, $100 global entry credit (over 5 years thats $20/year), $240 streaming credit, $200 Uber eats credit (same as eating out), airport lounge access (saving me $20/trip--> $60/year at least on airport food/drink), and $200 hotel credit. These credits along offset the annual fee because I would have spent that money on the year anyway, so it makes sense for me to have the card for the added perks. In terms of having a lot of cards, an important part of your credit score is credit utilization over all accounts. As you open accounts, your available credit increases, and if you keep your spending the same, the % of your available credit that you use goes down so you look like a less risky borrower and it improves your credit score. I also chase sign up bonuses which likely lead to around $1000 in value for travel.
Hello, I'm juggling between going for a Masters in Construction Management and a Masters in Project Management, what suggestions do you have for me in terms of Job Prospects in the USA, Which of the courses can i easily get a sponsor immediately after graduation? I studied Civil engineering iny undergrad but I've lost my software skills and some other engineering skills because i switched to business but now i want to go back to my first love and that's why I've decided to go for a Masters degree but i don't know which course I am going for. Do I need to learn specific softwares before I can get admitted to a Masters program. Please i need your advice because I'm confused, I have more questions but please answer these once first, I'll be expecting your answers. Thank you for your videos
I just accepted into a top world ranking university in Asia in civil engineering. As I didn't get mechanical which was my preference. I'm just lacking motivation and thinking about not to do Civil engineering. I wanted to become a doctor and move to abroad. I was very bad at coordinate geometry in math. 😢 Please give me some tips.

ARE YOU WORRIED !! WHY YOUR VIDEOS ARE NOT GETTING VIEWS? ***No matter how good your videos are, if you don’t do proper SEO & Keyword Research along with Titles, Descriptions & Tags, you won’t get any Views*** I just saw your UA-cam Channel. Your channel looks good as well as content. But you have not sufficient traffic, impression and subscribers. There are some Tag, Title and description issues. And especially your Video SEO score is very low. If you increase your Video SEO score as well as title, description and tag, you will definitely get more traffic, impressions and subscribers. Thank You. UA-cam Marketing & SEO Expert.
