Been trying to wave for the past 3 months but I over wolfed and I wasn’t consistent should I just reset and try again?Also wash and style made my hair super curly and dry which made me lose progress multiple times. I was barely getting waves on the sides too

Consistency makes your journey less difficult!! You should get a haircut tho especially since you're having a difficult time to lay your curls back down.... cutting your hair at a 2 guard length is strongly advised since the objective here is to jump right back into a solid brush session & wolf journey at least for the next 6 weeks LITERALLY
