Arondight, based on Fate/Zero lore, was supposed to be super effective against [Dragons] - that is why Lancelot had supposed to have advantage over Artoria, but because he was summoned as Berserker his sword lost its "holy" attribute. Just throwing it here ;p
But in his saber form, he supposed regain his "holy" attribute. I know why they avoid make him anti dragon (potentially will be more consistent, and if not better, than Sigurd) but can't help to dissapointed by it. Not to mention adding flat dmg won't fix his 1 hit NP problem.
maybe they will implement it on zerkerkot? i mean hes never get any buff yet
Ngl, with the trend of np strengthenings that give SE against someone, I really expect Saberlot to have that SE against Dragon type
Btw I found the anti-dragon is tied to Arodnight, not Arodnight Overload. So there's still hope like how Beowulf got his anti-dragon and anti-giant from his skill upgrade.
Well, if we look on how Arthur and Gawain confronted Vortigern (White Dragon), can we also say that Arthur(ia) and Gawain were suppose to have extra damage against dragon?
I mean Proto Arthur have bonus damage against Giant.

Munemori is more like saber Okada to me than lancelot
I see lancelot as Arts Gawain or arts Seiba
I do have both Munenori and Saberlot though at NP1 but now I can't think which one to level up 😵
He's more like being different to all of those because he is one of the most self sufficient crit servants and fun to use too.
You can slap him in any team and he'll do his own thing and absorb all the stars and do big crit damage and spam his np

Agree, most of his buffs and debuffs last for 1 turn but he is kinda op but for 1 turn a -70 atk is no joke. I did a Solo Kama run using a friends Munenori and debuffed Kama with 2 NPs debuffs and 1 3rd skill which is 90% she did like 100 up to 300-ish dmg that crit. If he has like a Dmg Cut or def up like 20% Kama would do 0 dmg it would act like Munenori has 100% def.

While I wish they'd given his overcharge a little more... *anything*, I love this buff. Lance's skills were already perfect; even 6 years later they're the gold standard of simple, brutally effective design. And they're perfectly tailored to making him delete a specific enemy on command; a.k.a. exactly what Lancelot should do.
His year-1 unupgraded NP was really the only glaring weakness in filling that role. While I'd have liked to see it get something that leans more into his crit niche, even just the damage upgrade shores up that one part of his kit that lagged behind. Color me happy.
Given you're displaying damage, wouldn't it have made sense to use Castoria's NP first to boost his damage?

My lvl 104 Bond 14 Saberlot rejoiced sooooo hard with this buff. Fuck all the haters. He was long overdue without any strenghtening at all and NP buff is exactly what he needs.

Another loss for people asking Lasgna to buff summer Tomoe.
But as someone who had Lancelot at his first high rarity servant THANKS TO THE FIRST FREE SR TICKET (Grailed him thinking I wouldn't get any SSR sabers, now I have like 4), and who used him to clear most early game content, I'm so satisfied they bumped the NP damage with even ignore def. He still has no self survival of his own but with Castoria that's a non issue. This buff only gives more worth to my NP2 Papalot now, truly the strongest of the Round Table.
Next they should buff his vanilla skills

Safe to say this is probably the worst anniversary as far as servant buffs go. There are several solid ones, but a lot of them are just baffling. Saber Lancelot is a prime example of that.
There's many 4* Sabers that needs a buff before Lancelot. I guess Lasagna forgot the weakest Charisma skill in existence.
lmao what sort of dumbass thinks Salter needs a buff. Her special scaling NP already hits harder than most SSRs same NP level and does more than Lak and Summer Tomoe do at NP5.
If you think 8% attack buff is more important than what the majority of the SR AOE Saber range is lacking you have no fucking clue. The only SR AOE Saber that needs a buff less is Siegfried and maybe Barghest.
Well, I might be in the minority, but I wanted saber diarmuid buffed. He has all these tools to be consistent and he has great durability, but there is a significant lack in firepower in his kit
