Thanks to the viewers for clarifying the extra clutch disk being for the 6L90 trans and the upgrade on the 456 pack not needing the wavy plate. It's getting close to a year later and the transmission works great. It is in my 1970 Monte Carlo with a cammed 6.0L LS. It has held up to a number of 100 ft burnouts and I plan to take it on a road trip next month. I'll post another video update this summer. Thanks again.

Sorry, I tired looking for the email so I could get the exact kit. It had the the upgraded pump spring kit, the 4,5,6 upgraded apply piston. Red clutches and hardened steels. The trans go shift kit. It did not come with bushings I bought them separately. I also bought valve body end caps they came as a kit for 20 dollars. On ebay they are the version 4 hd kits I believe I'd look to see if you could find one with bushings to save on shipping.

The extra clutch and steel is for the 6l90...don't need it for the 6l80. The 6l90 has one more clutch plate and steel plate than the 6l80

You don't use the wave plate on 4 5 6 drum when you use sonnax kit its on the instructions!
For the 6l80 you re-use the wave plate.
How much would this rebuild on these transmissions cost?
Probably from $1000-$3000 depending on what is needed but I wouldn't expect much less
