I know this is weird to say but Im not really a much of a fan of the show. I'm a fan of the fandom. lol They make some really good stories and music off the show. To add to that I like almost any story giving Sombra a back story. God knows he needs one.

The childs name is Dinky, and she's been in the fandom since... well just about forever, shes a real background pony from the show as well
It should be noted, however, that her being Derpy's child is very much fanon. As near as I can tell, the fanon just comes from their color schemes.
