That's an original. when I first laid eyes on it I knew. don't worry about that circle. It's the LV that should never be cut off. All of the canvass prints are even horizontally vertically. It's the right zipper, the one inner pocket on the vintage purse, the right number of stitches on the handles, the right color song on the leather, dark brown canvas material on the inside, and a short carrying handle. If that's a fake, it's a VERY VERY good counterfeit and they did their homework well!!! It's a lot easier to authenticate LV bags once they age. The test of time and durability and coloring will tell the truth.
It is real. The SD1905 means it was made in San Demis California in the 10th week of the year 1995. It is an older model before the cell phone pockets were added. The splotches on the bottom of the leather base is water droplets that have dried. The bag is beautiful. Just so you know, not any bags made in the U.S.A. are fake. There is no money in it. So your bag is real. LV is not made in Germany.
I do believe it was older, I've seen worse, but I was mainly concerned about the date code and the symmetry. I just called LV customer service line and asked them if I should look for perfect symmetry. They said not necessarily since they are hand crafted they can have minor differences. I'm pretty sure it's authentic also. Still waiting for more feedback though... Thanks!
definitely looks genuine but for how old it is it’s really not that bad of shape you could take it into Louis Vuitton and have them replace the bottom of the bag probably for a couple hundred bucks. Almas now sale for several thousand
Its authentic we have the same bag but mine is a year older i was surprised when you noticed that the side logos are not aligned cause yes mine is not either just realized while watching this video :)))
Mine has the cell phone pocket in another pocket next to it it looks real flimsy you could also tell by the stitching check the stitching out make sure it’s a thick stitching make sure the stitching is perfect on it

I bought mine in a thrift store its just that it does not have made in France on the outer part it has the cellphone pocket CODE sp0037, what is on the outside is the LOUIS VUITTON THEN AT THE BOTTOM OF IT IS PARIS,but unfortunately no made in france both sides of the bags were assymetrical nevertheless i still love it but i would be happy if it's authentic

BA stands for made in France. 0946 means 09 is the factory location, 4 is April and 6 is 96 is the year. Hope this helps
