Great diorama. Any time the tank would crest any kind of terrain feature its bottom would be visible, so I think it's fine that its bottom is painted in camo.
That turned out great! I just finished my first diorama yesterday. For the ground material I just used Vallejo Brown Earth paste. What made you choose the mix you used?

The enemy tank looks dangerous undamaged and possibly armed to walk pass casually.Though it’s a great piece of art but some damage or signs of abandonment would be nice to make the story more convincing.✌️😁

There can't be shoulder epaulettes (insignie) on the uniform of Soviet soldier in that period, as we can see on 9.35. They only have bars or tabs on collars. Epaulettes were re-accepted only in 1943.
Took me a couple minutes to understand the end product diorama. So, the Czech 38T is knocked out, or abandoned, hence the reason the Red Army soldier is casually walking past.
Why do you using little bit of Styrofoam for unevenly landscape and cover with gypsum powders for glue some grass and plants and spray colour more easily?
Добрый день Давид. Немного подкину для размышления, информации. Все понравилось и окраска модели и бойца РККА, и подставка. Но, если заявка на 1941 год, то почему у бойца погоны?, их ввели только в 1943 году, до 1943 года в РККА погон не было были петлицы, где обозначался приборный цвет, эмблема войск и знаки воинского различия( треугольники для младшего командного состава, квадрат д и прямоугольник для офицерского состава.) . Затем сапоги, в 1941 году редкость, да и как в 1943, в начале войны чаще всего были ботинки с обмотками, ну если это только не сержант или офицер, тогда и погоны не те, нет лычек и звездочек. Потом в руках ППШ-41, но подсумки для винтовки. Маленькие но не стыковки. С уважением Максим. ПС: не воспринимайте это как наезд, это лишь дружеская критика по материальной части.
it would be interesting if it had obvious tell-tale sign of the tank being abandoned, such as; -open hatch (fleeing crew won't bother closing them) -AT round penetration with burnt marks, soot etc. -surrounding burnt out bushes from tank fire spread. -broken track ( overwhelmed by enemy , have to flee) something like that to visually tell a story of what happened.
A Gr8t Diorama needs to be able to present , What just happened ,What's happening and what is about to happen , My guess this Panzer is closed up is because of the lack of interior detail , but a broken track would explain it easier ,:-)

My grandfather fought in Russia, and I do not like what they write the Russian media about the battle of Lypovec. I have nothing against Russia. They are our brothers Slavs. I like them better than the Americans. But they make of our soldiers cowards who know only run. It's not true. It make me sad. Our soldiers are the same heroes as Russian soldiers.

Můj první tank a dioráma v 1/35, tak to podle mě není až tak hrozné. :-D
+PLASMO - plastic models tank je v pohode, mohol si nedávať tú vysokú trávu, vyzerá hrozne umelo.
