    To stop the sway bar from moving side to side,put two crimping style air hose clamps on the sway bar against either the outside or inside of the bushing mounts.

      Hey Ethan
      After reading your comment I took another look at all the wires around the fan. Didn't find any hitting the fan BUT, I did find a lose zip tie that goes around the upper rad hose and connects to the fan. That was the problem!! I'm glad it was something simple and I didn't have to take it to the dealer. Thanks for your comment and watching!! I might be the exception to the commander. I have a 2022 that is now 2 years old and have had awesome service. My brakes are still good and never been replaced. I am right below 5000 miles at this point. I have replaced a rear axle and the same axle needs replaced now and that wheel bearing as well. No other issues at all and I have rode many states and multiple terrain. I maintain my machine well but ride hard. This is bad to hear that your dealer wasn’t addressing this, as mine has been great. Man can I relate to that but mine is a 2023 Polaris General XP 1000 Premium. First I had to take it back almost immediately transmission leaking. Dealer knew the problem without looking at it because they had others. Sat for 3 days at Dealership waiting for permission from Polaris to fix. I'm 72 years old and the only one that drives it. No trails by me but I can drive it to town and anywhere in town and all roads except numberd ones. So all my rideing is on smooth blacktop no bumps or lumps. The General keeps developing more squeaks rattles and wierd noises. Dealer says they can't hear anything or say it's normal. Really ? They either don't know how to fix or don't care. Ive only had it a month and bought a 5year extended warranty. If they say they can't hear your problem they say we have to charge you. Some Dealership have become more profit driven and less customer satisfaction.

    • @outdoormaddnesstv
      @outdoormaddnesstv  Рік тому

      No. The sway bar links will make noise in 2 and 4 wheel drive. When your on smooth terrain it's not so bad, as soon as it gets rough, you'll hear it. The rattle your hearing around 30-40km is the drive shaft. It's very common on the 4 seat units. Can Am is supposed to be coming out with a fix for the problem. Some kind of cardboard sleeve or something. Also, there's a set screw on the drive shaft that keeps it tight. If they didn't put loctite on it at the factory it will back out and cause that noise. It's happened on some units. I hope Can Am takes care of you because they know this is an issue. Thanks for watching Fred! And if your not a subscriber please do!!

    Lot of whining in this vid. Is this your first sxs?

      No whining, just facts. And no, this was not my first sxs, but it was my first "piece of crap" sxs. I have a 2013 wildcat 1000 that I bought new. I had more problems with the Can Am in one month than I've ever had with my wildcat in 11 years. I also have a 2023 Teryx 800. Not one problem!
