Avoid using a pressurized old deo can!!! It can cause some nasty injuries and even death from the shrapnel. Use a hard aluminum or tin soda can...
Just use a coke can. And stay safe. ** You can layer thinner soda can pieces for more stability.

Can you explain something here for me ? Im trying to do this DIY myself here at my place. First off, can you explain the simple im sure but hard for me to understand wiring for this project of what wire goes to where on each stage ? I thought I had it figured out but check this out. at 3:50 in video theres a red and black wire coming from the DC Motor. You connect a Yellow wire to one prong of the on/off switch and a Red to the other prong. At 4:01 you connect a blue wire you supplied to the black wire in the motor. At 4:14 you connect a Yellow wire to the negative terminal of the battery and a blue to the positive terminal of the battery. At this point in the video have you edited out some steps of the wiring or ?????? Im sure hoping so because if you continue on, @ 4:29 of the video while making the sweeper handle a Green wire appears that is connected to the Red wire from the motor, @ 5:50 in the video a Green and Blue wire are connected to the On/Off switch prongs, @ 6:11 its still a Blue and Green wire connected to the on/off switch prongs, and a yellow to the positive terminal and Blue to the negative terminal of the battery ALL WHILE DURING THE VIDEO ORIGINALLY AT 3:50 in the video it was YELLOW TO ONE PRONG AND RED TO THE OTHER. See whats wrong with this pattern ? Something doesnt make sense here and Id rather not shock myself putting this together nor have my kid shocking herself when she uses it and I have zero electrical knowledge thats why Im asking you to clarify and how it goes so I can properly wire this thing. Excellent idea all around if you can clarify the wiring for me ASAP
