turning around without jibing is really easy: just do another catapult in the other direction. That's basically how I turn around. I let my falls decide the direction.
I learned the waterstart on the ground first, and when i was able to do it on the ground, i tried in the water and it worked ! If you achieve beachstart, you will need a little flexibility in the legs, and you will success.
So pleased that Sir Peter is still doing this, you had me as a fan in the 90's mate! keep at it, you are the best teacher I ever had and never met! lol
