Great points and I totally agree. I own fractional gold and eating those premiums does sting a little. But if I need quick cash when SHTF it's a liquid asset at most pawn stores.
Exactly BeeDeeKay! Thankyou for your comment and for supporting the channel as always :)
I totally agree with you're views on fractionals as I have a very small income and buying small amounts at a time, it's the only way for me.
Enjoying you're vids young fellow keep it up..thanks
Thankyou for the wonderful comment! I’m pleased you agree and that your stacking is going well. Keep it up, your be glad you did :)
Huge fan of fractional gold. So far I only have fractional gold. It works best for me because I can lock away some cash into gold a little at a time and I won’t spend it on something else I don’t need. I plan on keeping it for a long long time so eventually those premiums should go away if gold keeps trending up. I just ignore the premiums and I also like that I can buy a variety at those small prices. I feel if you enjoy stacking small golf then ignore what people say because I know I enjoy small gold and makes it fun for me while I’m stacking.
Absolutely!! Very well said! I completely agree with you on this one 🔥
My first gold purchase was a 1/10 oz American Gold Eagle. So I also am a fan of fractional gold!
Great first purchase!
Very good points. We often forget that we ultimately will need to sell our precious metals (and if not us, some loved ones will for us). So we will need to look at it from other buyers' perspectives when making that purchase. Never actually thought of it that way. Thanks for the insight!
You’re most welcome Mana! I’m pleased you enjoyed the content. Good luck with your Stacking :)
Great video!. I do it because it's for my grandson when he gets older. I also fine that the smaller pieces have more appeal to them!. I have also told a lot of my family and friends that this is a more affordable way it slowly invest for there children ect ect.
That’s very nice of you Ernest and a great idea to! I completely agree with you. Thankyou for watching :)
I got my first 1g gold bar last month and I love it. Another great video. I’m off to wales next week and popping into the royal mint might grab another :)
Oh that’s awesome Lou! Enjoy Wales and I’m jealous your going to the Royal Mint! I have never been.
Well when i backed up the truck in late 2015 ,my lcs only had 1oz gold bars and 1kg silver bars for their ease of trade eg simple weights for easy in and easy out for the lowest premium, no faffing about. This was the best thing ever , as i bought a lot of weight before the prices started back up.
Great work! Sounds like you made some lovely purchases! 🔥
Thats completely the way I have been stacking some gold. When you have to get the right amount of cash, there it is. More buyers for fractional than ozt!
Absolutely! Awesome to hear your doing the same!! Thanks for watching 🔥
My first gold purchase was a 2 gram natural gold nugget from Alaska and I didn't buy it as an investment I was just a huge fan of gold mining shows and wanted one but that purchase inspired me to buy gold bullion. Just got a 10 gram bar for spot price which is pretty good.
That’s an awesome back story of how you got into Bullion! Great purchase too! 🔥
That is one of the reasons that i have elected to stack fractional gold vs 1 ounce gold coins, rounds or bars. #1 I don't have the cash to buy a full ounce of gold up front (higher premiums or no higher premiums for fractional). #2 yeah, I could SAVE up and buy some higher denomination of gold. but lots of stuff can happen in that time while I am saving. In the states, IF the value of the dollar bottoms out, what I will be stuck with a bunch of worthless fiat currency that won't buy a soda in an aluminum can, let alone a SMALL amount of gold. Better to have SOME gold and lose SOME money due to higher premiums than lose ALL your money when the economy collapses (I hope it doesn't, but I don't always get what I want out of life). #3 If the price of gold suddenly skyrockets, I will have to save twice as long OR if there is suddenly a shortage due to OTHERS with more financial resources than I have go out and buy it all up, again, what will I be stuck with? Monetary fiat currency that depreciates in value more and more as time goes on. #4 who knows WHAT the future holds. I don't wanna scare anyone, but the world is getting to be a pretty spooky place these days. Will stores and bullion dealers still be up and running IF something terrible happens and if not, what would be the point of saving all that fiat currency? It is more practical and more realistic for me to hold fractional gold, then go chasing a dream to own a full ounce piece of gold that will probably always be at least 3 inches out of my reach at best.
Wow! I couldn’t agree more. Fantastic comment and brilliant forward thinking Richard. You really are investing for all scenarios! Awesome stuff! Thankyou your watching!
Very good explanation! I've always disregarded 1g bullion, but my views are evolving. :-)
That’s awesome. I’m glad I could spread some thoughts on it! Thanks for watching! 🔥
Ya he’s right about that some people don’t have the money to buy bigger gold bars and it’s fun to to get them
Thank you Julian.
I thought It was before and searched that as a research. thank you, bro, It's just amazing. it became to stopping interestable economic system and must give us a nice powerful heavenly world.
Thank you.
I agree with you. Plus I learned what quid means.
That’s amazing. Glad I could help!
I buy the 1 gram, 2.5 gram & 5 gram bars all the time. I love them. I also buy the 1/10 ounce coins.
I don't really worry about the middle man premiums unless they are off the chart.
If I worried about the premiums I would never own these nice little treasures.
Someone's got to get paid, it's just the nature of buying gold in 2023.
Very well said! I agree with you completely 🔥
If you look the 5 gram bars are much better regarding premiums. I also noticed that on jmbullion and moneymetals the sellback is a better deal on bars than coins (even the fractional bars). The premiums on coins are just unacceptable.
I know what you mean and yes, although bars are not capital gains tax exempt, that have a fantastic Re sale.
A very interesting video. Really enjoyed watching. Many thanks from Chris and Jane 👍
Thankyou for the comment :) I’m really pleased you enjoyed it :)
I agree with your reasoning! And I will go the same route. can you please do a video talking about the different types of gold bars in your video eg, instanbul gold bar vs pamp suisse ? Is there a difference in quality and what’s recommended for beginners like myself. Thank you so much
Hi Zoey. Thankyou for your comment. Absolutely, I can do that. I have a few other requests already for videos. I shall get yours and get it done soon! Keep an eye out for it :)
Here in the US, the premiums on fractional gold is comparable to silver premiums. I do however recommend getting the largest fractional you can afford. Also, some lcs' pay a little more for coins.
Oh that’s interesting. Yes I agree. If you can afford it’s great to go bigger on Gold purchases! Thanks for watching!
I like your videos.also i can see your face on pamp reflection.Take care my friend
Thanks Gerasimos! Aww that’s okays. A sneak peak face reveal… Haha
My friend I’m in UAE I’m thinking to buy 1 to 5 grams every month for the long term instead of depositing most of my cash in the bank is that a good idea also will it bring profit for the long term?
Also what do you think of buying silver bars along with the gold.
Thanks
Great question. I'm not a financial adviser. However.. if it was me! I would try to invest in Gold when I can. It's a great hedge against inflation. 5G Gold Bars for me are better than 1G so I'd save up for 5G's. Hope this helps.
Another great video.
Thankyou Rule Britannia, as always 😃
Please stop moving the bars side to side as I cannot read the text as I am partially sighted.
I’ll keep them on show in the future.
Thank you and subscribed!@@FutureInvestmentsBullion
Great information, thank you!
Thankyou for watching!
To me, if you only need £100, you shouldn't be digging into your PM stash. Just use cash.
That’s a fair comment to tbf. Only spend what you can afford.
I agree with you I am doing the same thing
That’s awesome, glad you enjoyed Terri!
Many people these days don't realise that the monetary system that we have at 1 time did not exist everybody used to buy and sell they used to barter us gold and silver there was no such thing as a note people used to use gold and silver and trade commodities
Very true. And Gold is still valuable even though it’s not the main form of payment anymore! It’s super strong.
Remember that the fractional gold do you buy now could double in value next year
Absolutely! Imagine what’ll be in 5-10 years. It’ll all people can afford!
Really depends if you're selling it back to a coin dealer who's going to give you spot or less fractional Gold Does not make much sense. If you're going to sell it on eBay and recoup the maybe. Fractional coins I think are better than bars. Multi gram bars or Maple grams are the best fractional I have found. I personally like the 1/4 ounce gold size
1/4 ounce Gold is definitely my favourite fractional Gold. It’s the perfect blend between not spending to much money while not getting hammered on the premiums.
Thankyou for watching Michael!
I am accumulating fractional gold and silver because it's more practical when it comes to having to use it as a currency because it is already as small change and is easy to Transact, s the world's currency collapse buying commodities such as groceries would be very difficult with a 1 ounce gold coin with fractional gold and silver easy
Very well said Gareth! I completely agree with you! 🔥
Yes, fractional gold has a bigger premium, but silver has higher, yet many people push silver. Gold is king baby!
Well said Kevin! I agree! 🔥
I've never seen the sense in purchasing fractional gold due to premiums. Sell your 1oz gold for big payments and your silver for smaller payments. I wouldn't get anything smaller than Full Sovereign gold size, which is touching on 1/4 oz. 1oz gold is the best.
There’s no arguing. 1 Ounce Gold is the best size if you can afford it.
Cracking point and even epic video. Keep up with your philosophy for the channel. Don't turn into an elitist channel like other's. Everyone starts somewhere with there stacking and small bars are a good stepping stone.
Thankyou. That’s a. Wonderful comment. I’ll do my best to keep it innocent and passionate.
There is nothing wrong with fractional gold and silver everyone must remember that it increases in value overtime
Absolutely. Time in the market beats timing the market!
Ordered my first gram last week and I ordered my second yesterday
Thats so cool. Your first ever gold purchase is so exciting. I remember that feeling,
I feel better now about buying so many 1 gram gold bars 😊
Good Joe! I’m glad. I also will be buying more. Keep stacking friend.
Yup.
Isn't the smaller size more expensive? ^^~~~
Will the price of gold go up further ?
Yes to both your questions.
As smaller, the bar is as more expensive per gram it is. It isn't worth buying bars smaller than 20g imo.
1 ounce is the best, I have no doubt in that.
So good to see a younger person thinking of their future, just added five 1g gold bars to my..........other single 1 gram bar, but hey, I made a start.
Thank you for that comment. It gives me great motivation. Congratulations on adding to your stack :)
Congrats man. But why not buy 2 2.5g or 1 5g?
Pros: Costs less at a time… the only way most people can buy it
Easier to sell. (Other people also have a hard time spending that much)
Cons: Not as cool
Premiums are way, way higher per oz.
Agreed. Well said! Thankyou for watching!
1/10 oz is as low as I would go and even then I wouldn't get too much. I am not a big SHTF scenario person.
That’s fair Happy Hippo. I want to start stacking 1/10 also! Thankyou for watching :)
A few of these is fine as long as its not long term collection. You could lose big monies in the long run.
Really?
True😊
Starmer will probably be confiscating all our gold the way things are going
He can try..
🔥
What is/are the premiums you talk about and how much is the premium?
Premiums are the extra price the bullion dealer charges. Spot price is the universal weight price of Gold or Silver and premiums is how they make there profit.
What are your thoughts to removing fractional gold from packaging ? Should or shouldn't you ?
Great question! I personally would not remove it from its packaging as it protects the Gold and helps show authenticity as to where it is from. The plastic film that comes with it however I remove.
One word: Maplegrams.
Not got any my self but know they’re quite liked.
As a UK investor to save your self from capital gains tax, don't buy bars, go for British legal tender: 1/40, 1/10, 1/4, 1/2 or 1 oz Britannia, alternatively half, full or double Sovereigns are the way to go. That is only my opinion, but check for your self.
How can i purchase those fractional gold am in Zimbabwe
Online or privately - Try Tavex Bullion
작은 사이즈가 더 비싸지 않나요?
Not sure what you said but I’m going with Yes 👍🏻
Isn't the smaller size more expensive ? ^^
@@user-gu2dd4xo3ryes they are
Hm i think that if you need to sell these small gold bars to afford something else, you probably dont have the money to buy gold or silver anyway. I mean, if someone needs to sell his 1. 2.5 gramm Gold bars because in need of money - why does this person even has the spare money to buy gold or silver?
Very good point. Probably not the smartest thing to buy if you’re already struggling for cash.
You have to have 5K to invest by your 1 oz of gold then buy you a furnace melt the gold and have molds of 1 Gram
Making your own Fractional gold 🪙🪙🪙🪙🔥🔥💯💯💯💯
