The Liberty cross is gorgeous. Darkest Panama was the original name for what came to be known as BVEP (black velvet eastern Panama) and has since been officially named Antolakii after Rory Antolak.
Thank you so much! I have done almost nothing to make it grow so well- I am absolutely sure almost everyone would have the same experience because she’s so easy! 😄🫶🏻
The only Anthurium that I have in my collection is my A. Luxurians. She is a medium green and has seven leaves, currently pushing out a new leaf. I adore her and she is in my top five favorites in my 130 plant collection. I have a Scindapsus 'Platinum' that is doing well for me and is so beautiful.
Thank you!! Honestly I don’t think I’ll ever totally have all the Hoya species down especially when they keep reclassifying them all the time 😵💫 I’m just out here taking everyone’s word for what they say they are 😆
@@leaveswithles haha well that and the fact depending on where you get them, they could be named differently lol I have tried to stay on top of knowing but honestly it just confused me more 😅
Your Scindapsus jade satin aurea has pretty coloring! My Exotica was my favorite for a long time. It is such an easy plant. It has gotten a bit out of control! I can’t decide what should be on my wish list when I go to the local plant sale next week. Hope you fared OK with the flooding from Helene!
I have had such a wonderful experience with it! You’re so right- it’s so easy and forgiving and just growing away with minimal attention. Thank you for thinking about me concerning the hurricane! We are incredibly fortunate that we were barely outside its path and only got rain and mild winds. Truly thinking of all those that were not as fortunate and hope that everyone is safe out there and able to recover quickly! Hope you find some gems at the plant sale!! 😊🌱
@@leaveswithles same here. We were lucky to be on the outer western side of it. We were supposed to take a trip to Western N.C. in a little over a week, so I’ve been looking at the reports coming out of that area. It’s just across the GA line where there wasn’t as much damage as to the north, but I don’t know what will happen!
Omg I know! It’s so shocking how much damage there is SO close by! Even in ATL, one of my boyfriend’s friend’s apartment flooded ON THE SECOND FLOOR! Glad to hear it missed you as well!
Well its a new one and hasn’t even given me a leaf yet but I always have problems with stuck leaves until they put out a cataphyll so I’m sure it’ll be no exception 🥲 But for $8 I’ll let it give me a little grief for a while 😆
Congrats on hitting 1k!! Woohoo
Thank youuuu!! 🥳

Thank you!! Omg that makes sense 🤦🏼♀️ I knew about the name change for BVEP but for some reason I thought ‘Darkest Panama’ was something else 😆
That Scindapsus is stunning wow! ❤

I can’t wait for my Luxurians to mature they’re so gorgeous! Also absolutely love the Scindapsus Platinum, I can imagine what a stunner she is! 🤩
Your latifolia sarawak is gorgeous! I recently got a Sarawak Borneo thinking it was that but I’m certain it’s something else lol

Do you find that the Snowdrift tries to get stuck leaves? That’s my only criteria for Philodendron now. 😂

Haha ok thanks!
