We have a member in the Collective who also shared with us that she has found international grant proposals to require higher standards for measuring and evaluating impact than she has seen in regional and local grants. As someone who is still in college and unsure of what to do after graduation, I was considering going into this part of the writing field. However, I desire to be a story writer. Would this option still be a good fit for me to get my foot into the writing field? She said grant writing "allowed (her) the flexibility to juggle being a mother, wife, household manager and professional, in and around taking (her) kiddo to a special needs school."
