Hi, Since you have already received an offer letter and the Joining date from a company then ur joining is confirmed with them. However since every company has their own process of documentation process so I will not be the right fit to answer about the columns that u are asking. So u should ask ur HR regarding the same.

Hi, Congratulations as per what u are saying ur selection is confirmed with HCL. However, once do speak to HCL HR Manager or recruiter to confirm whether there are other rounds of interview or not and also do confirm the joining date.

In telephonic interview, Client side persons will ask about the domain they are recruiting and basics of technology they are working currently.. That's it. Positive point is .. It is not that much difficult.. They only check the basic knowledge and your words delivery. Don't skip the opportunity of telephonic interview.. All the best

There is nothing called on boarding pass. There is an On boarding process which is done soon after you're pre joining formalities gets completed. In this case you are talking about office pass I guess. Regarding it you should speak to ur HR. Regards
