It's an older ship, but a lot of fun!!
Still nice, just a bit small.
Older ships have more value for the fun. The NCL Sky was last refurbished 2022. We are missing the Captain Hooks bar like crazy!
I like the smaller ships in general.
Just wish NCL would have some kind of Thermal Spa package on this the Sky. I suppose in the back of my mind that would had happened with this last refurbishment, but it didn't. However, the NCL Sky has so much more to offer in other things. Overall, it is appreciating what cruisers like us are getting value wise when comparing the cost of sailing with other ships in the NCL fleet. No big secret, the newer the ship the more it cost to sail! However, often I had wondered why the NCL Sky, as small as she is, why doesn't it ever go to the Tampa port? The Tampa port can only accept smaller ships due to the height of the Skyway bridge it must pass under. Since the NCL Dawn and NCL Jade often visits the Port of Tampa, I do not see any reason the NCL Sky can't go there as well. In my opinion, it just might open a few more itineraries for the NCL loyal cruisers that prefer to sail out of the port of Tampa.
The thermal spa on the Escape is great.
