The EMT/ paramedic student in me is screaming, yes Hydrating is important because fluid loss can be a major problem, but wait awhile after getting sick to drink fluids as your stomach hasn’t calmed down, and it’s not going to stay down, causing more fluid loss. But I also understand why you wouldn’t want to get medical help in a foreign country with possibly questionable practices- I probably wouldn’t unless I was certain I needed IV fluids….
Also Mindfulness is incredibly important!

I feel this. Once I was super sick to my stomach, but I was used to it bc as a child I was a very sick kid. So I thought it was normal…..I was very wrong. I had this virus once, but not as bad. But not as horrible as this. First I had a big pain in my stomach like a period cramp or something. Like a needle going in my stomach. Then, at 1 in the morning I start vomiting and I start pooping wet poop. And it didnt stop until about 4 or 3. It hurt, but it was hard because everytime I at and had like a medicine popsicle and nothing stayed. Its hard and sad to be sick. But that story was very sad

this happened to me (not in mexico ofc) but the diarrhea and vomiting that happened two times. the firsti went to the hospital got a shot the second i drank medicine and laid. these happened for an entire day

I am so sad for that girl also she said that she bets that no one has pooped and puked at the same time but I have . I went to a hospital and they gave me a medicine threw a tube that whent through my nose and into my stomach. The medicine made me poop and throw up every like 10 min so I understand what she went through and my mom was like Kyle. They both had to help a lot 😊 and they did a good job.

Oh my god this reminds me of the time I had a large red frutopia (a noncarbonated juice-like fountain drink) and refilled it about THREE TIMES so yeah at this point like a gallon of it RIGHT BEFORE AN HOUR LONG DRIVE so yeah I had diarrhea and when I got to where I was going I ran to toilet and was having diarrhea and I VOMITED IN MY UNDERPANTS lik this day was hell
Okay a quick story Time ish before covid was like all over the news I had all the symptoms of covid and the doctors just said oh it's a virus because whatever they did flu test I was negative stomach bug negative all the tests and I was sick for a week and all I could eat that didn't smell or did it have a weird taste was apples and strawberries that's all I ate for a whole week I lost 10 pounds😅
