You are the most justified person I've ever met. Destroying another's property is one illegal. And really people like that especially a person who doesn't have decency for a child that's like 10 isn't okay I grew up in a pretty shitty house for a kid to grow up in and yours is what seems to be a little better than mine but if u say bad stuff I'm looking at abuse and stuff at least verbal if not physically you did well probably not enough your mom if this has been happening for years should have Called cps or the police a long time ago than really just pile the offenses on and on well that's what I would have done. Edit: this comes from a foster mom with my long time friends there are 4 of us we have more than 15 kids were taking care of and many if them have trauma and panic attacks often Timmy our 3rd oldest currently had been abused as a kid along with his 5 siblings 2 of which we foster as well with the other two visiting often. I tell you he is terrified of screaming no horror movies for that kid. I don't care seeing the fucking horrible shit adults do to kids and the effects it has on them I kid you not I hear a scream more than three times a week from like anywhere neighbors place I walk by for work you name it CPS is called. I'm at this point friends with one of them and I kid you not he sees the worst things. At this point when ever the get a kid from the environment or similar environment I grew up in he calls me I come talk to the kid and often end up fostering the kid or the other family I work with often. Every so often we meet for like a birthday and there ends up being about 35-48 kids that come I mean this i hope this Henry kid is alright

The story time began to confuse me, like they said that the dad died but then mentioned him alive later on???? Then said they live do n the third floor but said later on that their basement space was unit 1 and mentioned the third floor tenants as if it wasn’t them, but someone else???

It is, yes. Though in his case this was done to incriminate someone who had already been commiting crimes, so I'm sure it evens out. Plus when the police were called, the man showed the video evidence and he never spoke of getting charged, I'm assuming they wouldn't.
