Sometimes I get so involved in your cards, that I don't notice the little things you do to make our experience better. Your choice of music is so calming and beautiful. It's like an embellishment, just a small thing with a great impact. And your nails are always so beautifully done, and your nail polish always matches the overall card colors. It's those kind of little things that are noticed in addition to your awesome card making ability. Love your videos.

I just recently started selling a few cards in my Etsy shop. Oh yes, I make mistakes, miscut, put the card front on upside down. Lol! Generally it’s something I can fix though. 😊

Nice colour combos and lovely cards. What is interesting is the floral patterns with the tiny flowers took me back to the early 70s and some of the granny gowns I wore with similar colours and patterns.

Love the cards! How do you decide which card sketches to use? So many to choose from. Love to know how you narrow them down
Kristin Bowen Thank you! 😊 There are several things that determine what sketch to use. Sometimes it’s to fit a specific image/sentiment. Other times it’s based on the size of papers I have left. And sometimes it’s simply a new to me sketch I want to try.
I love watching your videos and your cards are absolutely gorgeous! Curious how long it takes to find the right card sketches to use most of your DSP. You have very little scraps leftover when you’re finished.
Stephanie Geiser Thank you so much! It really doesn’t take me long to choose a card sketch. I reuse them quite a bit and usually remember what sketches will work with the 2 inch strips, small square scraps, etc. 🙂
Can you give us the measurements you cut the papers at please? I am new at this card making....Sandy
As usual, awesome cards! For your little banners you place at the top of your cards...do you have a die, a punch or do you cut them with scissors? If you have a punch for them, I’d love to know where you got it.
Sherri Baldwin Thank you so much! 😊 I have several dies I use for the banners. But I also cut some by hand. Some of the dies I use have been retired, but I try to list available products in the description box.
So glad to hear the fire was no longer burning near you. Thanks for posting this video. I liked the sentiment banned you used on the Queen & Co sketch around the 44 min mark. You made 5 cards. It looks like you cut a straight rectangle and added 2 fish tail end pieces stepped down to the rectangle. Is this how you made it or fo you have a die for it? As usual great cards and inspiration. You are a card making machine! Stay safe and healthy!
I'm so excited i just bought the collection and i can't wait to make these cards :) the only thing ill be missing is LFL peel-offs. sadly i think the price is unreasonable due to shipping. i can't see myself spending that much :)

@@KristieMarcotte that is funny, so how do you like washington state? i miss the four seasons. but we were able to buy 8.3 acres here in eastern north dakota. we are about an 1 1/2 hours from grand forks. but hey you cant beat the privacy out here and it does have its own beauty, sometimes I miss the mountains and driving down to oregon to visit relatives. but I also love it here and the peace and quiet.
Patty J Fromherz I like Washington. It’s a very pretty state. But I live in a very populated area and don’t enjoy the crowds and traffic. When my husband retires, we will move somewhere quieter. Sounds like you have a lovely place to live. 💗
I completely understand. were we live our closest neighbor is at least 5 miles away, it is clean and clear air here. and the only traffic is combines and tractors during planting and harvest. I absolutely love the privacy here.
Is there a way to access a bunch of sketches?

Janine K Thank you so much! 😊 Yes, I include envelopes for every card I donate. The cards for the retirement home are Happy Mail for the residents. 💗
What do you do with all your cards?
Amy Balcom I donate the majority of my cards. A couple local charities, residents at a nearby retirement home, my church. I also sent out quite a few cards to family and friends. And just recently, I started selling a few cards in my Etsy shop. 🙂
Where do you buy your solid color card stock?
Candi Graves I purchase most of my cardstock from Joann’s when it goes on sale. I buy the individual sheets. 🙂
Are you near where the fires are?
The closest fires to me are mostly out now. Some were just a few miles away though. Very scary. The smoke is still pretty bad.
@@KristieMarcotte all my siblings but one live in either spokane or the seattle area. my hubby has a brother in ellensburg and the rest of his family is in western oregon.
