FYI, The XT6 is based on the C1XX which is the crossover variant of the E2XX platform. This platform is the Acadia, Blazer, XT5 which GM says is the small mid-size segment. The large mid-size on this platform is the XT6, Traverse, and Enclave.
The Equinox is built on the D2XX platform which is Cruze, Volt, Envision, Verano, and Terrain.

While not a Cadillac fan, your rating score rarely reflects the class the vehicle it is in, it's purpose (the demographic it wants to attract), and its competition. AWD in this car doesn't mean its for wheelin'. It's a comfy, SUV cruiser that sits six (or seven) with adequate performance for its intended purpose.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it before, but I appreciate the cleverness in filming the ending in the same session as the beginning. It means you only have to take one trip to the abandoned warehouse and set up for recording.
Maybe you can ask the new owners about continuing to use the warehouse until they decide to do something with the property.

For rating comfort levels on cars, how about either:
    1. Soufflé score, to keep the food rating.
    2. Fluffy kitten score, to go with the animal/penguin units.
    3. Feather score, for how light it feels.

Great review! Not gonna lie though, it looks fine, it sounds not great when revving high, I don't like most of the interior, the fuel economy is bad, and it doesn't seem fun to drive. Not that I can afford one, but I can't imagine buying it were I looking for a vehicle like this. Maybe at half the price! The engine being easy to work on is a bonus though.

I think second Science Sarah was really Cheerleader Sarah in disguise.
Cadillac and those damn 6 lug bolt patterns, that doubled the price of aftermarket wheels on my old CTS-V.
When you're starting out on those hills in the dirt, try practicing some left foot braking, getting that balance right is a great addition to growing your offroad skillset. It'll take away some of the need of momentum and control suspension travel at the same time, as well as help the traction control send the torques to the wheels that can use it. That foot is capable of more than just clutch work.

No a luxury suv is not an off road king or queen! Isn’t happening without some serious refitting! Duh! You want to ride easy and nice, okay. Off-road ready, not! Like you said, give it some appropriate tires and wheels. No, it’s out of it’s element and forget road carving, too heavy and underpowered! Price is relevant for suvs! You just keep being weird! We love it!💖

I agree with you on the off road mode and the tire aspect. However, even more importantly is marketing a vehicle with an off road mode. But not giving it the proper GROUND CLEARANCE...!!! This vehicle along with MANY others in this segment that have an "off road" mode. Are clearly meant for snow weather and that's about it. So it really should be named snow mode and leave it at that. Sure you could put a set of Falken Wildepeak A/T Trail tires on this. But how much better than will make it is rather subjective. Because your still dealing with the low ground clearance. Then again, how many folks are taking a Cadillac like this truly off road...(g)

I don't think they market these types of AWD cars to necessarily be off road type cars. I think they market them along the lines of for normal every day possibly slippery conditions where a quattro esque chassis would be more sure footed because of advanced slipping tire differentials electronically controlled. In winter conditions say for example up in Colorado in the winter, you would for sure get snow tires but you still wouldn't necessarily ever go off road, to have an AWD advantage in traction.
