I grew up a huge metalhead, and took a break from it for a longtime. I recently got back into, and was having a lot of trouble finding a metal band i truly liked, more then one song. I finally found that band, and its Toxic Holocaust
Anybody else notice that the bassist is ALWAYS wearing that same venom shirt? In every picture, or live performance of TH I've ever seen, he is always wearin that shirt. Dude must really love his venom...
It's shit like what's going on in the comments section that make metalheads look bad. People threatening to kick each other's asses while they are countries apart, arguing genre semantics, trolling and feeding of said trolls.....barely anyone is commenting on how thrashtastic this band and song are! Keep thrashing TH, you guys were kickass in Jackson back in '09, hope to mosh to you guys again.
I find that music doesn't need to be needlessly complex to sound good. Also I think 90% of metal fans have shit taste, such as people who would diss 1:51.
Weird how I see so much hate on these guys...makes my old ass remember the early 80's and the roots of this unwieldy beast we call thrash (and a million other unnecessary adjectives) metal. This bong's for you...
No reason to try to fit a solo in a 2:00 song. I'm digging this stuff. Thrashy Punk, Punk-y Thrash? Perhaps a little sprinkling of Black Metal ala the Vocals? Totally digging this stuff.
@metalhed1100 Thank you. Now I don't feel so bad. Music and religion were always a weird personal conflict for me, but it's good to know others who can listen to this, or slayer, or bad religion, etc and still love it without it being a major issue.
dude, i was there man, i was one of the ppl there more for the punk rock, the casualties, i had a black bandana on covering half my face for the most part, kinda like how GG allin did
@marc-antoinelabrecque1871 Have you ever listened to Darkthrone "F.O.A.D." and beyond ? And Aura Noir, Carpathian Forest, Witchery ? All those have thrash riffs and black metal vocals.
I grew up a huge metalhead, and took a break from it for a longtime. I recently got back into, and was having a lot of trouble finding a metal band i truly liked, more then one song. I finally found that band, and its Toxic Holocaust
Jaret Wood Go listen to Sodom

You don't sound like a huge metalhead
One of the best New thrash bands.

If I could have this played everytime I walk through a door.
I'd feel like a thrash metal queen. Lol.
THRASH METAL FOR EVER \MM/

That's me but with "going going gone" by exodus, my unofficial theme song lol
Thrash metal starts at 01:40
@@ivica974 Agreed. It's a great rock song up until that point but then it's a definite change up 👍
That riff is fucking amazing
Reminds me of Motorhead......on steroids.
More like Motorhead without drugs kid...
You are literally describing Thrash in a nutshell

Finally a new thrash band that doesn't play fast just for the sake of "sounding thrash". Good stuff. I'm off to buy it!
13 years later...
Most underrated band!
It's nice to know that the "underrated" comment has been abused for at least 11 years, seeing your 12 year old comment.
I listen to this when I play Fallout 3.
Me too! jajajaja

1:51 most underrated band ever
yup
Underrated when you timestamped a generic "let me chug on my power chords" riff?
I find that music doesn't need to be needlessly complex to sound good. Also I think 90% of metal fans have shit taste, such as people who would diss 1:51.
Krassz is totally right. This is kind of THE basic, standard whatever metal guitar riff.
Bro thats like the most generic part of the song
Too see them live guys... too see them live. What an awesome sight!
Naruto Uzumaki's band is fucking awesome

1:04 that’s badass
A little of classic rock in this riff!! Not too bad. Awesome band!! I'm glad that the young generation is keeping thrash alive.
I love his Flying V Gibson guitar!!
more punk rock inside, but still with his rules!
Weird how I see so much hate on these guys...makes my old ass remember the early 80's and the roots of this unwieldy beast we call thrash (and a million other unnecessary adjectives) metal. This bong's for you...
awesome man
1:41 sounds like the no remorse riff but still fuckin bangin'
Its nice to go on an "underground" metal video and not see a bunch of poser, hater comments... cheers to the thrash revival!! \m/ metal for all
Just love this. The sound and all of it

@PeaceNirvana1912 Me too I saw them yesterday in Hollywood! The Forward into Battle Tour is epic!
No reason to try to fit a solo in a 2:00 song. I'm digging this stuff. Thrashy Punk, Punk-y Thrash? Perhaps a little sprinkling of Black Metal ala the Vocals? Totally digging this stuff.
I got to say this band has a great sound.
