simple and straight to the point, no bullsh1t intro and information, thanks
Very nice video. No music, great close up no self aggrandizing cutsie ‘hey dude’ whatsup cool hand gestures,no background theatrical movie sets. 👍
Funny story. I have seen the presta Valve on bicycles before. at the time i didn't know what it was called. I just knew that I couldn't put a new cap on it. I have plenty of the schrader caps but none of the presta. the funny part of this is. I just got a new battery air pump. and one of the included adapters was the presta adapter. so i went searching online on what it was for and found your video. and now i know what that small valve is called LOL
Thank you, as I’m a novice and this is really useful 👍👍👍
Nice vid - straight to the point, very clearly explained. Thanks 👍🏻
Thank you very much for this video. Im using a regular valve for my MTB. Now that ive got a road bike, i dont know how to pump them using the adapter.
But now I know. Thanks again!
This was incredibly helpful, thank you.
Most concise video on Presta. Thanks.
Thanks for this video. Finally got all the information i was looking for regarding the use of the adapter.
Thank you so much for making this video. I'm not very handy, but you made the process much easier.
0 it up
@@elizabethchavez6597 What does "0 it up " mean?
Wtf I think my ass typed that. Sorry
No problem...I've done a lot worse.
Nice, I want to pump up my tires with the compressor at work and was wondering about these adapters.
so helpful. I have one of these on my rear wheel and have tried to fill it up all spring with no luck. I finally have a full tire and expect my stats to be much better now thanks to this video
Straight to the point. Thank you very much. :) This saved me.
Well, I was stupid, now I'm not. I ordered a Presta valve tube for my thrift store bike because it was cheap (the bike and the tube). That was a surprise to find the valve different. I'm an auto detailer, so I have a good portable air pump and had the attachment, I just didn't know how to use it. You know, that's what the Wicked Witch told Dorothy about those shoes! Now I know what she meant!
My dumb ass was leaving the adapter on and not understanding why the tyre would deflate. Thank you.
Happens to the best of us!
Loved it straight to the point no Ridiculousness
He forgot to mention, without the adapter using ANY pump, even Presta is a FUCKING HELLISH NIGHTMARE! You can spend over an hour and have slight chance of actually pumping up your tire or, more likely just be enraged with a wholly flat tire.
what are you even talking about
Wonderful simple and powerful instructions thank you; all day hunt on the internet got me to you great!
Very clear and informative. Thanks!
excellent video . clear and concise with no rambling or stupid music .👍

Great tutorial. Thank you!
very helpful! straightforward
Honestly the presta valve is the most dumbest invention.
Thanks!
So much I didn’t know! Thank you.
Thanks again. Well presented.
Saving this
Thank you for this video.
I used the cap. Just cut the end and use as adapter.
Ok napo ty po laki pong tulong
This helped a lot.
Can you not leave the adapter in place .
It never occurred to me that I was supposed to take the Schrader adapters off. They’ve been on my bike for five years.🙂
Very helpful! Thanks!
A dollar 3 years ago is 300 dollars today when adjusted for inflation
😂😂😂
The best video in youtube !!
Thank you
Very useful! Thank you so much!
Helpful!
thank you for these clear instructions!
thanks
well my question is If I dont like presta valve could I not just leave the adapter on there and use a standard tire valve cap ? thoughts please thank you!
Good question. Don’t see why not but you would need an adapter for each tire you want to keep it on. At least they are cheap.
Best way to pump a presta valve.
Perfect video 👏
Tire pressure for Aventon soltera 2
The Soltera.2 should have 700X38c tires; they can be inflated to a max of 80 PSI with tubes and 60 PSI tubeless. Max tire pressure should be displayed on the sidewall of the tire.
Good info. Thanks
I was on the verge of buying an electric tyre inflator until I saw your video. Thank you and well done you!
Will this make it easier to pump up than a presta valve because you have to hold it tight for it to pump up does the valve adapter prevent this?
Thank you 👍
Very nice brother
Thank you!
Twist to open the presta... no wonder I couldn't pump up my new tire...
Perfect - just the job
Thankyou sir
I hear this as SCHRADER BRAU...Thanks Breaking Bad
Cheers
It's not working
Nevermind i missed the top nut part
At 1:44, he mentioned to finger tighten the "lock nut" once the tire is fully inflated. This advice is absolutely wrong! This nut is typically called a jam nut. It's only purpose is to prevent the tube from sinking down into the tire as you inflate the tube. Once there is enough air in the tube to prevent it from sinking, the jam nut should be removed. Leaving that nut on a high pressure tube could certainly damage the tube over time, by literally pulling the valve away from the tube.
Really?. Where did you get that from?.
presta valves are dumb af
or ridiculous music
Was this filmed with a potato in the 90's?
Don't be an ass
@@dangibson4517 i expect atleast 720p in 2021.
