Found your channel today. Thanks for the work you put in. This video reminds me on how i learned to juggle in middle school. I watched myself in my mind juggling the whole bus ride home. And within 30 mins after I arrived at home I was juggling just from intense visualization

Kabbalah and the Power of Dreams taught me that it has to do with an underactive right hemisphere. Most likely this comes from shutting off from our true selves due to trauma.
