The end is approaching for line T2, which directly connects the Toulouse downtown with Blagnac airport.
It is to be closed for 3 years from the summer of 2023, and replaced by the much more expensive and shorter "Airport Express" line in 2028, with the opening of the new 3rd subway line (line C).
In addition to the airport, this line serves many companies in the surrounding area, but the largely preferred means of transport in the sector remains the private car.
