Little advice on the Qual comm. Make sure the cable can reach the door. Becausd if you can't hand off the Qual comm to the dot officer standing outside the truck. He give you ticket for it because it's the same as giving him paper logs.
The blue wheel goes with the blue light instrument scheme, but the old guy in me says go with the wooden wheel. It compliments the wood dash and adds a touch of class.

Truck looks great good luck with Land star im redoing my 08 Dodge Ram Hemi just put the sun strip on the windshield interior top dark as hell gonna put some decals and stickers up there just ordered your decal gotta get yours up there first.Keep on truckin
You got a cool truck. Where I work we have a bunch of new 2019 peterbilts, 2018 freight liner 600hp, 2019 Mack. We have 2 old school freightliners and they are way better then the newer junk trucks. Old school trucks are built tough n their motor runs lot stronger. Mack is straight junk. We haul heavy equipment and road materials so we are always heavy n ruff terrain. All new trucks got some kind of electrical issue. Light, window switches. Lot of Cheap components.
You have to commit 1000 Percent because there can’t be no screw ups. Or you will lose your. CDL the fines are steeeeep and you might be a guest of the state on HAZ MAT be careful AK good travels

Yeah that truck is a Inspection waiting to happen...DoT looks for project trucks hate to say it but never run a project truck while your still working on it... Finish the project before you hit the road... or better yet never buy a glider or classic always buy new ..,if you want o avoid DoT
